We held our work 2 day offsite here last week, I cannot thank the staff at The Gotham enough, everything was absolutely spot on and coordinated perfectly, they couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms are absolutely out of this world! The food was fabulous, service amazing. I cannot thank or praise them enough the whole experience was beyond expectation! All the stars! BB
I’ve stayed at this hotel a fair few time and always been impressed. The gents on concierge set the tone with a classy welcome. This hotel has heaps of character and is immaculate. We have stayed in standard rooms and the suites. Both are nice. The bar upstairs has a great drinks menu and breakfast has plenty to offer. The last time we stayed, we had a suite with large sliding imitation windows, a quirky room with the best shower I have ever been in. The only downside to my last stay was that I left an expensive pair of headphones. We rang that night and the reception said they had them. Three days later they had gone missing which made me raise an eyebrow because I could also remember putting them down and not picking them back up. Either way, this place deserves top marks and would give it 6 stars if the was an option.
Wow, what an amazing hotel. From arrival to departure, the whole stay was absolutely perfect. Every member of staff could not do enough for us. The quality of accommodation is of exceptional standard with so much thought gone in to ensuring guests have everything they could possibly need. The shower is out of this world! The rooftop terrace is spectacular where you can choose from an extensive menu of cocktails. The food was also gorgeous. Breakfast was the best I’d ever experienced in a hotel. The location is literally a 5 minute walk into the city centre. This hotel is well worth a visit
Fantastic boutique hotel in a great neighborhood. Service was friendly and attentive. Breakfast fantastic. And the hotel was walking distance from great restaurants on Deansgate and of course Rosso and Grand Pacific across the street.
Stayed at Hotel Gotham combined with a trip to Bridgewater Hall, which is a ten minute walk or £4 in an Uber. Used Valet parking which was easy and well worth the £35. Had read reviews about the rooms being small but they were big enough; everything felt luxurious. We had cocktails in the bar; lots of choice with great views of the city. We didn't book breakfast as we wanted a lie in seeing as we had a rare night without children. The housekeeper did knock twice between 10am and 11am even though check out was 11, and she was waiting outside our room when we left. It's a great hotel; I'd definitely recommend a visit.
We were here for 1 night and had arrived early. We dropped our bags with the porter at ground level and headed off to explore. Should note there is no parking at the hotel but they do valet parking or there is a NCP with a few minutes walk. Check in when we got back was quick & friendly and our bags had been put in the room. The bedrooms whilst relatively small, have everything you need and are gorgeously decorated. The bed linen is really high quality. The bathroom is spacious and had a fab walk in rainfall shower with The White Company toiletries. We had a couple of drinks in the bar which has really friendly staff and a good drinks/cocktail menu. The location is perfect for restaurants/bars/shopping or to just explore the city. Would absolutely stay here again.
Visited Hotel Gotham Sunday 6th October after luckily winning a competition for an over night stay for two with breakfast how lucky was i it was absolutely outstanding from stepping in the front doors the surroundings are outstanding all the staff are an absolute credit to hotel Gotham we checked in very quick, our room was lovely all the little touches just make it👌🏻 absolutely one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure to stay at and we will be back to visit ❣️
Superbly located 5 star hotel. Stayed in a Director room which was very well appointed. All the staff were very helpful and always had smiles on their faces . It shows to me they have a tight team. The roof top bar is a must for the views and excellent bar staff. The breakfast was a delight. A liitle pricey but worth it!
Stayed at this hotel in August with my wife. Just a cheeky weekend away. Nice hotel and location. Reception staff very welcoming but didn’t ask if we need any other assistance. Went for a lovely in Manchester and came to our room keys not working. Very annoyed. Receptionist rude when asking for a new door key. Breakfast was nice but not much to pick from. Would come back again but Manchester has better hotels to offer. Thanks Seano!
We have just returned from a phenomenal trip to the Gotham hotel for my 40th. The hotel was 10/10 and we cannot wait to return. Everything from the staff, the atmosphere, the decor and the location was amazing. Perfect in fact.
