We were allocated 3 different rooms due to issues. First room stunk of damp to the point it got on your chest to which my partner has asthma. 2nd room was red hot with air con stuck on heat with lights not working. When we complained staff didn't seem bothered and we were informed air con is set to heat as it was going to be cold the next day. You cant open windows they are stapled shut which a sticker next to them informed this is as they provide air con. It makes no sense. 3rd room we just accepted as it was taking up so much time.
