The room was clean, but the shower curtain rod was broken. The chemicals used to clean the place were over-powering and triggered an allergy attack. There were two people in the lobby who appeared to have slept there overnight, as they hadn't moved from check-in to check-out and were wrapped up in blankets or rude to my husband. While checking in, the staff was pre-occupied with talking to others, which was rude. The elevator had food and debris strewn throughout it. We booked two nights, but only stayed one due to the smell, noise, and general atmosphere (people running around in the hallway, garbage in the hallway, people in the lobby being rude). Disappointing.

Didn't even check into our room, we saw reviews online about how they have bed bugs, mold. Unclean furniture/ sheets and the locks on the doors did not work and there was homeless people living in the rooms. Was not going to risk taking my family there

Just kerp driving

The hallways were not air-conditioned and side doors opened. At least cars were bring repaired in the lot and an old rv as backed into a hillside. It would seem that the hotel may be getting a facelift. Looks like workers and staff live there. An old dusty tv leaned up aganst the wall near my room. After a 9 hr drive, I just wanted to rest and have something cold. My room was on the third floor, dark, and the AC was off and curtains open facing the south - it was Iowa in August so 95 degrees. The AC unit had messed up buttons, but started to cool - it took 3 hrs. Looked for ice, but that was on the first floor. No clock in the room either. Breakfast was a bust - just sugary cereal, white bread, and make a waffle. No juice, fruit, yogurt...very very sad.

Definitely would not stay again. Front desk person was never there and when available for questions was rude. Breakfast was terrible no juice or water, just coffee with no cups. Dirty tables, floors and countertops. Anyone could walk off street and into elevator.

Literally just absolutely disgusting. Smelled like mildew, no clue what was in the ice bucket, shower and bathtub so dirty I had to shower at a trucker stop because I honestly thought I would catch a disease had I showered in the hotels shower, (I’ve never seen such dirty grout). The carpet was oddly moist and damp? Bathroom floor was oily and slippery. Bed seemed clean enough but I slept on my own blanket from home because I had no other choice, staff was fine, didn’t interact much. I don’t recommend staying here. Was in Iowa for a music festival and coming back to a dirty room with a probably dirty bed was NOT fun.

This hotel was one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever seen. Everything was broken, the air didn’t work throughout the hotel and it was 100 degrees outside and there was a METH PIPE in my room!!

Where is the zero rating for this complex?

Ascetics pool and hot tub. They do not have either. My bed frame was exposed because the Matress could not line up, causing me to continually hit the metal frame with my knee. Garage all around the building. Hotels.com is doing a dis service to its patrons by advertising this hotel.
