Very nice, clean, updated unit

The unit had been updated since the online pictures, and was very nice. All appliances and mechanicals worked without issue. Well cleaned upon arrival and check in was very easy. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Great location!

Condo had all we needed. Balcony with great views! Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Main Street is about 2-3 blocks. Living room furniture has been updated. 2 beds in the one bedroom. Main king bed was a little firm for us but it wasn’t a problem. When you run the dryer, a very loud exhaust fan comes on. Not sure if this is fixable or just what it is. The toilet needs to be better secured but all else was perfect for 2 people. Would stay there again!!

Clean, Accommodating, Relaxing Room

My buddy and I really enjoyed our week in this room. Beautiful ocean-front view, clean, and quiet. Really enjoyed the easy access to the beach, dozens of shops, restaurants, and a movie theater right in the hotel that is perfect for rainy, chilly days. The renters of our room, Bob and Vicki, are easily accessible and are very quick to respond to any questions or issues. They clearly do a great job keeping the room maintained for guests. If I had to list a complaint, which would be very minor, is that the sound on the TV often becomes distorted and it can be a bit of a challenge to get the TV and cable box to sync up with each other. The living room could also use an ottoman in front of the sofa, but we improvised. Overall a very wonderful stay! I will definitely be back.
