My stay here was wonderful! The staff was so helpful and friendly. I loved the location. I could not wait to give feedback about my stay. Everyone from the breakfast cook, front desk agents, night auditor, bartender and housekeeping were very nice and made my stay even more enjoyable. Great staff! Even the manager I spoke with before coming was very courteous. You guys are amazing! Thank you I will be back!
We stayed here on new years on our way to Orlando and were very happy with our stay. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. Our room had a comfortable king, queen pull out, small family room, kitchen and large washroom with separate sink area. The pool was warmed to 84 degrees and hot tub was great! Breakfast was amazing with large variety and was tended to well. We would stay here again.
Stayed there for a few night over New Years Eve weekend. The Staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. The rooms were clean. We spent some time in the lounge and the bartender, think her name was Lynn was fantastic. Very friendly even tho she was running around with multiple other duties. Had the most contact with the afternoon shift staff and they were great. Wish all hotels had employees like this one.
I love staying at Hilton Garden Inns. I've never had a bad experience at the ones Ive stayed in. This was a last minute stay for us, and we were checked in very quickly. The front desk workers were funny and talked with us about our travels. We were given a discount and complimentary bottled waters for being in the Hilton Honors program. Our room was very clean and very spacious. The king size bed slept very well. The room stayed really dark even after the sun came up so we got to sleep in until around 9:00. I could hear people as they walked by our door, but other than that it was very quiet. It took us a while to figure out if our air conditioner unit was working, but it worked fine once it started going. Our check-out was very quick and simple, too. The only aggravating thing (which doesn't really have to do with this specific hotel) is that I tried changing my name on my Hilton Honors card. The desk receptionist told me just to change it when I got a chance because I changed my last name when I got married and my card doesn't match my ID. I tried changing my name on the app and wasn't able to. I chatted with someone on the app and asked how to do it, and they told me I needed to email Hilton a copy of my marriage license or ID to change my name. Just kind of odd for a hotel rewards program (nothing to do with this specific location)
The hotel is in a great location, it near the mall and several restaurants. The Daytona 500 is within walking distance. Check in and check out was a breeze. The hotel has breakfast not sure if it was free or not but it smelled great.
Hilton Garden Inn always delivers quality service and comfortable stay at a reasonable price. While the hotel is going some remodeling on corridors, we did not experience any disruption associated with it. The only minor complain is the sound insulation on the corridor walls is not the best , and noise of patrons walking by might be heard. But that goes with the stars rating of the hotel. Breakfast is very good with cooked to order eggs.
This is a motel which is close to shopping, restaurants, speedway and only a short drive to the beach. It has great rooms for meetings and a wonderful catering group for lunches. This motel has it all whether for business or pleasure with a nice bar and excellent breakfast or supper with room service available.
The Wifi both free and premium paid are possibly the worst i have ever seen!! This hotel might as well not even offer wifi. I called and complained to guest services and was told your hotel is well aware of the poor wifi service. If this is true why has nothing been done? This is 2017, wifi and internet is not a luxury anymore it is a requirement! I was staying at your hotel on business and expected to be able to use the wifi for business and was not even able to connect reliably enough to conduct business. This is a Hilton hotel correct? Hilton can certainly provide their guests better wifi.
we have stayed at the Hilton for about 6 years now , were staying a the Hampton inn witch is all owned by the same people , the Hilton is very nice and clean ! love the on site cook . food and great place to hang out !
Very nice people Good food and very clean.. The location was great for the Turkey Rod Run Show.The Thanksgiving Dinner was really good well worth the money I will stay here again 2018 during the show
