Everything was decent, but no internet at all. Saw a couple roaches and upstairs was noisy. Glad to find a pet friendly hotel that would accept 2 cats

The coffee is terrible and there are a lot of steps and slopes which are rough on elderly people. The heater did not work and had to change rooms

Hi We are sorry but we have check that room heater is working but it does take time when first time somebody turn on heater for season also we provide coffee which is required by franchise., also if you stay downstairs rooms there are no steps. sorry for your inconvience Thanks
