Got non smoking room check in and went too my room and it smelled like cigarettes
That was the worst room I have ever stayed in worldwide. The towels and sheets were not clean still had hair and soap on them. The air conditioner had mold growing out pat the vents. Light in the toilet did not work. The curtains fell off the wall when I tried to close them. The tub had mud in it. And to top it off the free coffee the next morning was ice cold at least 1 day old in a thermos in the lobby.
I had to try 3 different rooms and none of them were sanitary. Hair was on pillowcases and in bathtub. The room smelled like cigarettes and the others smelled like mold. The bed sheet was covered in black mold. I had the manager provide new linen while she complained. I bought my own bleach spray and Lysol to clean the room since every else was sold out of rooms I was stuck there
We didn’t stay.. after checking in we realized the other guest were having an impromptu kickback, socializing and drinking to the point of urinating in public instead of using their hotel bathroom. When we spoke with the front desk about our concerns they promptly marched out there to confront the guest outing us as the other guests with issues regarding their behavior. Needless to say we did not feel safe, worried we’d be harassed or vehicles vandalized and left.
Horrible stay. Will never ever go there again. Very rude staff. I like firm mattresses but their mattress was hard like a rock. Extremely dirty room. Dirty floor with hair all over. Dirty linens and pillow cases. Broken furniture. Sticky dirt on furniture. Flies, cockroaches, and spiders in room. Open bottles and dirty old clothes between beds and night stands. When I complained about the bugs, a staff member told me “this is Florida”. Had I not been dead tired when I got there after driving 10 hours, I would have left. It is not worth spending $1 not the $65/night. This was a relocation travel from FL to CA during which I was staying at equally priced motels. Nothing during my trip or ever in my life compares to how bad this stay was.
It was overall clean and nice, check in was very pleasant and quick, my only complaint, which may be minor to some but a big deal to me since it’s so easy to ‘fix’ is that the bottom sheet (in this case ‘fitted’ was too small to grip over the corners. I absolutely cannot tolerate waking up on the bed pad! It defeats the entire purpose of even having sheets at all.
Poor maintenance, poor cleaning, dirty bed cover that looked upleasant! I would not have stayed had it not been late.
The hotel is well past it’s usefulness. Poor renovations, and the “clean” rooms are saturated in cleaning chemicals.
The Staff was great and helped us with a bottom floor room instead of upstairs and it really helped us due to my wife who is handicapped and cant do steps.

I really liked the way...it was convenient and reasonably-priced! Clean and comfortable rooms! Its close to plenty of restaurants and venues...and the staff was real nice and helpful.
Discount Hotel, nonetheless, clean and simple room. Adequate for business or personal travel.

Room was clean, had basic necessities. No breakfast was available. Bed was uncomfortable, flat and hard.
It was an ok stay, nothing spectacular but if you want a clean room and comfortable bed
The room was cleaned and well stocked. The bed was really comfortable. The only thing negative I could say...and it's not a complaint...but the place could be updated a little. Maybe new windows and doors. You can hear everything that happens outside.
It was clean. The beds are noisy and uncomfortable. It is in a central area so if you need a quick place to stop off to sleep and shower its fine but for a lengthy stay I would not recommend it.
