Hotel is located close to the airport (2-3) minutes, Creation Museum (12 -15 minutes). Staff was very nice. My fridge in my room wasn’t working and they fixed it promptly, Ice machine on 2nd floor was not working. Pretty good experience overall. I do feel like they can do a lot better but it is convenient ...
Room wasn't cleaned well. Hair in the tub, food in the cabinet, trash behind the dresser. AC didn't work well. Lock on bathroom door didn't work at all. Kitchen outdated. Listing says continental breakfast. Nature Valley granola bars, Otis spunkmeyer prepackaged muffins and coffee is IT for breakfast. No dishes or cookware of any kind in kitchen, but you can request it from the front desk. No dishwasher in the room and there wasn't even a sink plug to be able to wash dishes by hand. Staff was nice.
We took our three young children for our first family vacation. This hotel was perfect. Plenty of space for all of us. Great sleeping accommodations. The hotel was clean, updated, and conveniently located. Our kids had a blast. The breakfast was awesome, an a great way to start our days. Parking was more convenient than I anticipated. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
I wanted to visit friends in Cincinnati and go to the annual Winterfair held at the Covington Convention Center. I looked for a hotel in Covington and the reviews of Hotel Covington were excellent. The price was great and the comfort of the room was terrific. I was very impressed. I didn't take full advantage of the hotel because I didn't feel like eating in the restaurant by myself but otherwise I got a great feel for the hotel and its staff and was very impressed.
Check in went really smooth. The room is ok if you are just looking for an inexpensive place to sleep. It is in need of a serious update. The room was non-smoking but still smelled smokey, it was dark mainly due to missing and blown light fixtures. The bathroom had no towels. But on the plus side, lots of hot water and great water pressure in the shower.
