The rooms were too basic for the price, the accommodations were more on par with a Motel 8. The pillows were ripped and the room was dirty and not maintained. It was not disclosed at any point that guests had to pay for parking. The individual checking me in just gave me instructions for getting in and out of the garage, but never mentioned the cost. To that end, I was surprised to see that charge on my foilio after checkout. The noise from the front of the hotel and other guests was ridiculous. This place has a great location, but it was a disappointing stay.
Had to wait a half hour after check in time for room to be ready. Then garbage can had not been emptied
Advertised a pool however a gentleman in the elevator said he stays there a lot for business and it’s never been opened. We had small children with us that wanted to swim!!! Also, why would you NOT carry the channels that air the local baseball games🤔🤔🤔? Seems like a poor set up all the way around!
Property was clean and nice. I didn’t like having to park and then come all the way back down to the front entrance to get into the hotel
Hotel was both very nice and clean. Staff was helpful. We had booked this hotel so the kids could swim but due to COVID regulations for this specific hotel the pool and bristow was both closed. Kids was slightly disappointed. The Orbitz ad did not say that pool was closed so we was unaware. But I would highly recommend this hotel.
I loved everything about the room it was big nice and spacious. I didnt have any dislikes the front desk was very helpful they even packed my stuff up on the cart for me. I would definitely stay here again
I like that it wasn't to far from downtown Cincinnati and that the area was very quiet
Easy location to go to and from places of interest using Uber or driving yourself. Restaurants and amenities nearby. Inviting spaces to relax in and outside the hotel. Staff was very friendly all around.
We stayed here because there was a free shuttle to the Reds game and turns out they told the driver he wasnt needed for the night we were going with a large group of people. We had to walk back after the game and we had to pay for the trolly before the game. Annoying.
Staff was amazing!! Everyone was very nice and very helpful. The Bistro had great food, wondering service, and very easy access. Love the seating area. The room was spacious and very clean! Loved the access to the Tank bus line to get us to the Cincinnati Reds game. We will DEFINITELY stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!!!
