Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was sub par for the quality of the hotel (eggs were rubbery and tasteless, selection was not what we expected) but coffee was good and overall the stay was very positive. Great location to take in a sporting event with a short walk across the river bridge! Much better value than staying in Downton Cincy.

The front desk staff at my check in was rude, condescending and unprofessional. The coffee pot in my room didnt work, the lady at breakfast was rude. It was incredibly noisy. Would NOT stay here again.

It was amazing the staff were phenomenal we walked to eat and caught in a terrential storm came back in soaked with our 6 year old the gentleman that works at night grab us towels immediately and said if we needed anything let him know it was the best stay ever the kindness of your employees made our stay the best ever

I’ve stayed here a few times when I’m in Cincinnati. Good location. The staff was a little less cordial this time but not terrible. I was surprised they charge for parking now. I guess I missed the fine print.
