A hotel trying to be fancy and contemporary, but falling short. $18 breakfast buffet: lousy selection of food Bathroom: no washcloths, no vanity, water runs from shower area into the room Carpeting in room badly stained and in need of replacement On the plus side, it was within easy walking distance of everywhere I needed to go.
The pool area was disappointing. The pool was cold, needed to be cleaned, and there was no hot tub.
Adequate lodging, friendly staff, and convenient for downtown excursions.
We came back to our room to discover a 2-inch cockroach. We called down to the front desk and they practically laughed in our face.
Everyone was so nice.... We really enjoyed our night , not much of a view but overall we were very pleased with our rooms...

No parking. Rode motorcycle to Cincinnati for weekend getaway. Had to pay 21.00 for overnight parking in a garage across the street "which hotel did not own" . My wife asked for a blanket 3 x's and waited almost 3 hours to get a simple blanket.
HVAC system wasn't working in the room. The front desk staff relocated us to another room on another floor at 9:00 PM.
The hotel is right in the middle of everything in downtown Cincinnati. Everything is within walking distance. Great hotel!
Really would’ve preferred their valet being available. Paying for parking on a lot that I had to walk a block to the hotel, a bit ridiculous.
Lovely hotel and the city is just gorgeous. The “river view” was kind of a joke... it took us like five minutes to even find the river and even then I had to stand on my tippy toes lol beautiful property regardless.
The pool, which was a draw for me, looked dated and not particularly clean. Did not feel comfortable going in.
I undestand that do to Covid there was no house keeping but to be a 4 or 5 star hotel they should at least had pepared the room with enough shapoo, cups, coffee, for my 3 day stay. There was no bottles of water in my room. I had to call and ask for everything. The pool and hallways where dirty.
