The room was great—comfortable, well-equipped, and I felt completely safe moving through the hotel and to my room from the elevator. The real standout, though, was the restaurant and the tall, friendly bartender who was absolutely phenomenal. His engaging conversation, attentiveness, and local recommendations made every visit enjoyable. I ended up dining there almost every night because of the great atmosphere he created. He’s definitely a team member worth keeping!

when we checked in it was very streamline...however when we walked into our room on the 22nd floor...it was a nightmare...the smell of fresh paint was unbearable, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the mattress were horrible, the bedding was not right, and there was an unpleasant smell. I called down and they promptly moved us to another room that was more in tune to what my expectation was for the Hyatt. Although they made it right, i was terribly shocked that they would ever considered having ANYONE stay in that room. room 2205
