Only there 1 night but pretty decent experience. Great downtown location. We even walked back to the hotel from US Bank Arena.

Room service was great the tavern had great drinks & food my hotel view of the city was decent easy to get to from the highway valet parking is kinda high

We were celebrating my fiancé’s birthday. I had never stayed at a Hyatt before this weekend. So, I was not sure what to expect. Our stay was wonderful. The room was contemporary and had a spectacular view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even had a birthday card for my fiancé waiting in the room. The restaurant was great with a sleek design. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. Accessible to different restaurants. Few blocks from the ball park.

Very clean, can walk to either stadium, food in the restaurant was excellent.

We had to wait over two hours after the standard check in time due to our room hadn't been cleaned yet. Otherwise our stay was good

My husband and I drove up from Pittsburgh to see a baseball game and we just loved this hotel. The hotel staff was so nice they let us store our luggage as we waited for our room to be ready and when it was they called to let us know. We ate at the Red Roost Tavern in the hotel and the food was really good. They have a pretty good selection of beers there as well. There also is a market in the hotel that serves Starbucks and the Saks 5th Ave was attached so that made it convenient to do some shopping. The hotel itself was really close to the ball park and football stadium and was in a very safe area. There is also a Macy's across the street as well as the Casino was less than a mile away. We had a room with a king bed and a river view which was great. The bed was super comfy and the room looked very modern and was super clean. We were on the 21st floor so it was very quiet.

Nice hotel, stayed here for the Flying Pig Marathon. Accommodating with late checkout at 2 pm on race day.

Great location. A little pricey for the package. Staff was friendly.

Unreal staff. Room and property were great as usual, but the staff from the front desk, valet, room attendants, valet, bell, and the servers and bartenders as well. Our bell staff was slammed and we actually had a staff member empty his laundry cart and took our bags down to the valet. if there was an option for a 6th star I would.

Room was very nice. Modern fixtures and decor. Comfortable bed. Great shower and water pressure. Starbucks dark roast coffee packets for coffee maker. Liked the work desk in room.

Good experience and they are renovating the rooms.

Great downtown location convenient to river area, Fountain Square, restaurants, shopping, connected to Sky Walk. Very friendly & accommodating staff. Room small & little dated but well maintained & clean. Ate breakfast buffet at Red Rooster Tavern both mornings & we all thought it was delicious and good value for price. The Market inside the hotel was also reasonably priced with lots of options. Very much enjoyed our stay there. Will definitely stay at Hyatt again when in Cincinnati.

Great stay, great location, and close proximity to lots of places that we wanted to experience. Staff was hospitable and hotel was clean. If I request a change it would be the pillows. They were in need of replacement but all and all, everything was great.

Staff not overly friendly... Restaurant so so. Waited over an hour for my car to return from valet when I was told 20 minutes. Valet was complete chaos.

This hotel was one of the cleanest, nicest, friendliest, and The staff was awesome, really attentive, and curious I would definitely stay again..we had a great time!!!

very consistent and great room service food, centrally located to everything

I only stayed one night, but I enjoyed the service and the location of the building.

This hotel appears to have recently gotten a makeover. Clean and nice! The restaurant/bar has a nice set up that is good for those traveling alone -- or if you are with a group. Great location in downtown Cincinnati and a better value than the other hotels in the same area.

This was a great trip ,downtown Cincinatti, clean rooms, staff was great, cable was out and my husband couldn't watch the game , big problem!
