Property was clean, quiet and the check-in and checkout process was effortless. This is my favorite hotel so far in Cincinnati. We have been there five times and stayed in about four different hotels.
The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. I'll definitely come back.
The Renaissance hotel oversold their hotel and asked 3 of our travelers to find another hotel and they couldn't help because we booked through Orbitz, that's unacceptable and unprofessional on their part. Orbitz did help me refund and stayed on the phone while I found another hotel so I appreciate Orbitz for that.
Nice room and all the lighting in the room was kind of dark and we had to change rooms because the bed mattress was filthy

Very central in Downtown, easily accessible off the highway. Nicely appointed and well-designed furnishings. Clean, contemporary room decor with updated well-lit bathrooms. Staff was exceptionally helpful with dining recommendations and tips for the free tram to OTR. Construction down the street at the time but room was still very quiet. Popular concert in town so valet parking was full, but lots of garage options nearby; perhaps should have a backup garage for such occasions? We would definitely reserve again.
Upon entry in our room there was a strong smell of marijuana Called downstairs and they immediately gave us another room.
The Renaissance hotel is situated in downtown Cincinnati on a very busy street and so the valet parking option was welcomed. Front desk staff was friendly, and our room was great. Only complaint was the restaurant (D Burnhams). Terrible service (wrong drink order followed by forgetting the replacement) and hilariously high prices (one glass of William Hill Cabernet cost $20). We'll definitely stay at the hotel the next time we're in Cincinnati, but will be avoiding the restaurant.
