it was so easy to get around downtown and close to most things! very nice staff and very clean, I would stay there again...no problems!

A beautiful building with very polite and professional staff

Had to wait quite a bit for our room and unfortunately we spent waaaaay too much money in the bar. Darn. Great stay in Cincinnati, the Dora area was hopping, met a great couple, and listened to real live music again!

This room seemed like a great deal. There is no free parking. There was no other parking available downtown when we stayed forcing us to pay $42 for valet. (Every lot and garage was full). The walls were so thin we had to call the front desk at 3am to quiet down a small party in the room next door. No waste basket in the bathroom. It looks much nicer online than it is in person. You can tell the hotel has tried to update some things but its all done so cheaply. The beds and bedding weren’t very comfortable either. By the time we tacked on fees, parking, etc the room was over $180. You can get much more for your money in the city.

Made reservations at 8:30 AM in the morning. Checked in at 5:30 PM, room wasn't ready until 9:35 PM. The concierge stated the room was not clean yet?

King size bed wasn't available second time. Appreciate they tried to accommodate with a nice view I still wanted the room I reserved.

I thought the ambiance of the hotel was beautiful. My fiancé and I visited Cincinnati for a New Year’s Eve celebration. I didn’t like that I purchased a room with a king sized bed and received a room with two queens. It made for a rather uncomfortable night.

Location is great. We had a beautiful view. The room looked beautiful but needed a deep cleaning.

Perfect location. Good service. Great elevators. Onsite restaurant is pretty good.

Convenient to downtown. Comfortable & clean. Very accommodating staff.

Great location, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Stephanie at check in overheard that it was my birthday and she went next door and bought cupcakes and put candles on them and brought them to the room. Definitely a positive surprise!
