Everyone is extremely Nice
While the rooms were clean on the surface, deeper cleaning and maintenance had been neglected. All surfaces were sticky and greasy. For a non-smoking room, the tobacco residue was so heavy that it permeated our unpacked clothing. Management was not responsive.
This place is utterly terrible, lie about customers, and allow the abuse of women. The room was disgusting. There was food in the fridge when we got there. There were hand prints on the headboard. I had to ask for hand soap, as no soap was provided. I woke up to a woman screaming “stop choking me”. I ended up calling the police. When the police got there, I went downstairs and told them where the suspect drove off to. The man who was working front desk was well aware of what was going on. My only conversation with the Redroof employee about that instance was to ask him why he did not call the police. He gave the excuse saying the victim did not want the police to be called. She THANKED me multiple times for calling. Meanwhile the employee stayed locked in the building the whole time and only spoke through a window. The day after check out I tried to get a refund, and was told I was not allowed one because I was told to “calm down and stay in my room”. This absolutely never happened. I was never instructed to “stay in my room and calm down”. In fact, I stayed on the balcony right outside my room. I had to give the police my statement of report. How do you have a rule that states a customer would be thrown out if they make too much noise, and then allow customers to be woken up from domestic assault in their parking lot? How do you sit by in a locked room while a woman is being choked out in your parking lot right in front of the door? How dare you lie about me.

Right off the freeway, ample parking, clean and quiet.
Bed begs , blood in sink , pubic hair all over . About lost flip flop no joke shoe sticking to floor . Couldn’t even set bag down and walked out .
The lobby was closed and I had to check in through a window, outside, in the cold. Room’s pretty nice.
Our room smelled like weed and the floor was still dirty. The was rust in the bathroom tub.
It was within walking distance to work. The price was great. Shopping and plenty of eating spots nearby
During my check in a young woman appeared to be overdosing in the breezeway by the office, an employee looked at her and just turned his head and went the other way, my room had a previous occupants food stuck to the ceiling, the wifi would not work at all, and the cleaning staff spoke so little English i couldn't get towels or toilet paper without a long game of charades, if i could have stayed anywhere else i would have, the reviews on Orbitz are very misleading on this establishment.

Room was not clean. Not only did the room smell of Cigarettes there were ashes in the sink. This tells me the room has not been cleaned. The tub had strange stains that looks like burn marks. It appeared unsafe , like some people were not weekend guests but actually lived there. BEWARE!
It wasnt cleaned. There was hair and cigarette ashes on the floors and tables and its a very loud place. Couldnt sleep.
It was a clean room good service. Not sure what else to say it was basic did the trick thankyou
