This is an older property that caters to construction and other workers. The hallways & carpeted areas are dirty. The parking lot is busy & chaotic, esp. in the front & not so great in the rear. The room & bed were mostly clean, but showing a lot of wear. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke despite the hotel being listed as 100% smoke free... I would not choose to stay here again.

Pet area was fine Bathroom door did not close, if you turned on the tub, the shower ran on top of you when you didn’t want it to, there were dead bugs in the room and the windows were so filthy. You couldn’t even see outside.

The breakfast every day was great. There was a wide variety of items to choose from. The room was clean and nice. Our room was conveniently located right by the elevator, making it easy to get in and out and to breakfast.

Front desk manager in the morning was very helpful with a upcoming reservation at another comfort suites. Breakfast in the dining room was amazing, clean and the food was wonderful. Great coffee too.

Excellent location with tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. We visited the area because we were going to the ark. The hotel was very clean and my room was very nice big and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything in the bathroom was clean and I loved the amenities in the shower

I stayed in this hostel and it was a great experience! This was my first time ever staying in a hostel, so I was quite nervous, given my young age as well. I opted for the female only dorm room. I did arrive super late on my check in day, so I didn't get to explore the property much or talk to anyone, and just went right to bed. Instructions were super clear and easy, it made my check in seamless. Parking was clear and there was never a problem finding a spot even when the hostel was full. The guests staying here were extremely friendly and I met a new friend, and we went on a hike together and jumped in the lake! Amenities were great, the bathroom was always spotless and easy to use. They have really thought of everything including earplugs just in case someone is snoring! The hour drive to Jackson is also super peaceful and beautiful.
