I had to make a complaint the restroom ceiling had a hole in the ceiling, couch looked terrible, the refrigerator is leaking on the floor. I took pictures

This property has potential, but could use some renovation and misses on the little things that makes a stay more pleasant.
Not a bad place to stay for location, but they need to do a better kid of maintenance and update. We checked in and found that our bathroom sink leaked and shower curtain was coming Lise from the wall. All so base boards were ripped and stains in the hallway.
Didn't have a key to the room but 1 day..the key didn't wirk therefore had to wait on desk clerk to open the room..therefore wasn't ablebto go and come as i wanted too. I should have some type of refund for the inconvenience.
Good stay for 1 night. Restful night and good breakfast.
Comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was real disappointment. Early 6:39 am- coffee was leftover on 2 mornings..lukewarm. Upon request, fresh coffee was made. Biscuits and link sausages appeared to be leftover..hard biscuits, shriveled link sausages. Eggs were good, as were sausage patties on day 3.
The elevator sounded awful... and then broke while we were there! The pool was yuck. The workers were only slightly helpful. I was very disappointed.
