Elevators very slow. Didn’t care for the pool area. Room was very nice , clean and comfortable.

I just don't think this property is a very good fit for me and my family. It is noisy and crowded and we don't care that much about breakfast and we only made the happy hour once. Two out of three elevators didn't work for most of our 4-night stay and neither of the computers worked in the business center. Also (due to the location and they can't help that) the cost to park your car is $27/night. The staff was friendly. And finally, honestly, when we moved to the Holiday Inn Express down the street (because they did not have room for us) the beds were more comfortable.

Overall our stay was great, the bed was a little firm but not enough for us not to stay here again. Location was perfect.

Nice hotel, good breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable.

It was close to the BART station. The pillows were a bit flat.

We stay at the embassy suites every year when we visit our son's who both live in Walnut Creek. The fact that it's so close to the Bart makes it that much more convenient. We love the hotel!

Very spacious and clean and quiet, would definitely stay there again!

I loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. They even had happy hour.

I went to the hotel to enjoy A relaxfull time and place but instead noice from the construction and construction in the middle. I went there to enjoy my peaceful room and watch the A's and Giant's game and the tv was having signal problems so could not watch the game. Could not get the room cold enough to my liking. And the made to order breakfast, was not going on but only a cheap buffet breakfast. And the staff was rude And the elevators were very slow. None of this was told to me or on the website.

For those of us who are Embassy Suites enthusiasts (you have kids who love the atrium, free breakfast, and swimming pool), it is disappointing that the entire middle of the hotel (everything you see from the elevator and normally your comfortable setting at breakfast) has been removed. I assume there is necessary construction. Understandable, but this should have been stated in the reservation process. Other than that, the room is HUGE and comfortable. Staff is truly wonderful. One other disappointment is the quality of the WiFi connection. In order to get WiFi, I had to sit right next to the door of the room. We had planned to stream a movie and relax for the evening, but this was impossible given the weak internet connection. Also, the TVs are quite old, so do not have an HDMI plug-in.

The staff was not friendly .they were just trying to ignore my questions even being a Hilton honors member they charge me for the complimentary breakfast.rooms were not that clean.corridors smells. Not the return of your money you are paying to stay in this hotel. I will never come back here and not recommend this to any one. They have to stop ripping off to there customers. That's all I have to say. Good bye Hilton you lost one of your very loyal customer.

It was overall a great experience. The valet parking situation was a bit backed up at rush hour, other than that it was great!
