Close to highway and across street from nice plaza with Kroger, pizza, McD's & more. Safe and upscale for travelers going thru OH.
For the price paid, I would have appreciated a few more amenities. Like a free cup of coffee in the morning, and not $2.50 a cup. Room was so so, sort of musty, and if you wanted to get to your car from the room they had you walking through bushes! Not real convenient.
Staff was amazing, helpful and kind. Carpets were dirty and smelly. Mattress did not have a bed bug protector & had hair all over. Stains on walls/furniture and bed cover. Bugs found in bathtub. Pillows a little worn out. Best part of hotel was the kind staff.
It was my first time to a Marriot Courtyard. I really liked the courtyard, very relaxing atmosphere! Our room was facing the courtyard and I loved the sliding doors to go out on your own little porch from the living room. It didn't feel like a hotel to me, it was more comfortable like an apartment.
Stayed 5/4/21 on a trip from Michigan to NC for a family funeral. I arrived around 11:30pm, Jack at the front desk was great ! Room was pleasing until I tried to turn on the television, which wouldn’t go to channels - only the menu. I called front desk, Jack said I should try unplugging it for 10 seconds to reboot, if I still had problems I could have him come up or switch me to another room. The reboot, which I tried repeatedly, didn’t work. I’d unpacked so didn’t want to repack and move at that late time. Decided to shower and go to bed. Great hot water but next to no water pressure, tub drained so slowly that I was ankle deep in water after a few minutes - not exactly the relaxing shower I’d hoped. Bed sheets were itchy but I was able to sleep for a few hours. Checked out with Jack around 6am, he knew my trip was for a funeral, asked how I was - “tired” I explained the issues with the tv and the shower. He was very gracious and apologetic; stated he’d have his manager call me. No call - I’d planned to stay there again on my return trip to MI but issues and lack of follow through on managers part I’ll stay elsewhere
Our primary concern was that the main entrance area was poorly lit and under renovation. Hallway carpet was old and worn but otherwise nothing to complain about. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The concierge who checked us in and out was extremely helpful and friendly! This location is currently undergoing a much needed remodel which was more than apparent. I didn’t like the communal style shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
The night audit manager was very caring, smiling at time check in that was past 1am
Good customer service .Especially the night clerk went extra mile to help me and my sister with our luggage

room was clean, toiletries available in room as well as iron and hair dryer. bed was comfortable. shampoo and conditioner were empty in the shower. No room service and restaurant (bistro) was limited in its food selection and very busy in the am. But food was delicious
Won't stay there again. In the room, there were three types of bugs we had to take care of at night.... There was no information about the breakfast we paid extra and had to wait for them to check in the busy morning and no clear apology to make us wait and just blamed the information in their computer....
We went to Columbus to go to the Ohio State Fair and shopping. We reserved a King Suite and did not have that when we arrived. After an hour wait while rooms were cleaned, they moved us to a "suite" which consisted of king bed and a sofa bed in 1 small room.... no mini frig nor microwave. The pool was dirty and the hottub was filled with foam. Air conditioning was erratic. We always reserve king suites and this was the first time we were disappointed.
