Ross, the property manager, was a standout. He met us upon arrival, walked us through everything, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Anytime we had a question, his response time was excellent. That kind of attentiveness made a real difference.The apartment itself is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully equipped. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Water pressure was great, and everything functioned exactly as it should. A small backyard and a patio off the apartment were nice touches, giving guests the option to step outside for fresh air. We felt safe in the neighborhood throughout our stay. The nearest L stop is about a mile away — walkable, though worth factoring into your plans.A few things prospective guests should know going in. The apartment is on the second floor, which involves a flight of stairs. Garage parking is available, but the space is tight — too narrow for our large van. Both of these details are noted in the listing description, which I'll admit I didn't read as carefully as I should have. If you're traveling with guests who have mobility challenges or driving a larger vehicle, it's worth reviewing those details before you book.The other consideration is noise from the unit above. At times, particularly late at night, we could hear movement. For me, it wasn't an issue, but for some members of my family, it disrupted sleep. Sensitive sleepers may want to bring earplugs.
