The room had ROACHES! Another traveler was complaining of the same in their room. I was very upset! And the heat wasn't working. Was given another room since it was so late anf cold. But the change in rooms did not good. Same problem with bugs and cold room. I've never had this trouble at this hotel before. And have been a long time visitor for the last 2O years! This is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable! And the guests that are there are creepy! Go elsewhere!!!!

They are very nice and commondating. I enjoyed my stay in Villa Park. Everything was to my liking. They cared about us. I would recommend this Motel 6.

Have to be careful of what room you pick. Some come with roaches. The double bed rooms seem nicer than the single beds. The neighbors are LOOOOOUD and inconsiderate, so if you need sleep, you might not get it. Cig smokers everywhere! And people mess with your parked car. Possibly because you took "their spot." Very affordable, but overall trashy environment. It felt unsafe. I was just trying to save some money, but now I'm okay. If it weren't for me experiencing the cleaner rooms than from the first time I went, I would have gave 1 or 2, but I guess after I was paying 1 or 2 weeks up I got treated better. Soft 3 star.

The room was marked clean but there was trash everywhere and the floor sunk in and there were roaches and bedbugs. The microwave and fridge had dirt and dust build up. I didn’t even stay I left early and now I’m scared that my clothes may have bugs in them.
