Like the wine hour snd the tea and coffee Wish there were a bsthroom exhaust

Great location and everyone was very helpful and nice. Everything was clean and fresh.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Millenium Park. We had a great view from our room and the room was beautiful. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Ronald is amazing!!!

Favorite downtown hotel. Great staff, great atmosphere.

Nice central location with access to lots nearby. Loved the Wine happy hour!

Exceptional, great location, overall great stay I would recommend to anyone

We lacked for nothing when we stayed here. The staff are amazing and welcoming. I would stay here again.

The hotel was great, and right in the heart of downtown Chicago. The only issue we had was that the thermostat in the room did not work well. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay

I booked 2 rooms for the marathon, one for myself and one for my family. The room was comfortable, however I was a bit disappointed that I had paid more for a "river view" room, however when compared to the second room I had booked (which was in the same corner and in the same stack, but just a few floors lower), the room seemed less spacious (only fit an extra chair and ottoman while the other room fit a sofa), had only one window (the other room had two), and I had no cushions in the window for me to sit on (the other room had a sitting cushion and throw pillows). Additionally, the, less expensive room had the exact same view I did, however I was a bit elevated. In order to truly see the river, I had to look out the left corner of the window, otherwise my view was mainly taken up by Trump tower. The staff was very polite and they were willing to hold our bags after checkout so that we could grab a quick lunch before heading out to the airport.

The location of this hotel was awesome. Right next to the River and the subway station. The hotel decor was very modern and tasteful. The wine hour was the best. I don't know of any other hotel that offers guests a FREE hour of wine in the lobby. My group and I enjoyed this very much. What we didn't like was that there was no fan in the bathroom, so it was really humid in there. Also, there wasn't a coffee maker in the room, so we actually had to get dressed and go down stairs to get a cup of coffee (kind of annoying). The A/C didn't seem to work very well.

Location is key to this hotel. It is within easy walking distance to most attractions in the loop. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely up to date and were very clean. Space was very good for a city hotel. The only complaint would be that the heater/air conditioner was a little bit louder than I would have liked and that the safe did not work. However neither would keep me from coming back.

Hotel has decent sized rooms, comfortable bedding, nice decor recently updated. Pet friendly which is important for us with no additional charges. Friendly and helpful staff.

the hotel was very nice and a nice location. The decor was bit funky and probably better for couples.

I have stayed in Chicago many times but usually stay on Michigan Avenue or further north. I stayed at the Monaco because I couldn't book a room at a meeting hotel nearby. It was a very pleasant surprise. A small hotel tucked away from the flashy places on Michigan Avenue, the Monaco was very warm and inviting. The room I had did not have a view but was quiet and well furnished. Everything worked. The accessories were very nice and the staff was very accomodating. The location is actually close to everything, just not on Michigan Avenue. I didn't have time to use the health club or the restaurant but there were several places nearby that were inviting.

All of the staff were eager to help us out and we were recognized every time we came and went.

This hotel had everything we were looking for in a downtown Chicago hotel. The room was very comfortable and the staff was great and very helpful. We took advantage of the free bikes you could use which was a lot of fun. The location was perfect and within walking distance to many great areas. Would definitely recommend!

We were very pleased with our stay. Hotel staff is very nice and extremely helpful.

This was a great hotel! The room was very large for our family of 4 (including 2 teenage boys). The staff was very nice and helpful. Coffee bar was very well appointed and the free glass of wine in the afternoon was a nice bonus!

Convenient location for activities we had planned in Chicago.

Thank you for the review! What a great overview of a wonderful stay. One note about the coffee, just ask us at check in or anytime during your stay and we will be happy to send up a complimentary Keurig machine with K-cups included. That should fix the coffee needs for anyone plus you can come down later when you are ready for the day and get some more in the lobby for free.
