Asked for early check in because of an event. When we checked in both parties before us got an early check in by just asking. We were told our room was not ready. Two hours later we went to ask and this person said she could help with early check in. The first person was leading me to believe I should have been a frequent guest member

Great stay at a wonderful hotel. Great location. Espresso machine was a nice touch.

This used to be my to go to hotel. But this time it was not an enjoyable experience. There is a Starbucks now right next to this hotel. The largest Starbucks ever! But the lines are so long and they block the entrance to this hotel. You get out of the hotel and it is difficult to just maneuver out to the street. I feel management does not care since the hotel OP s probably getting a cut off the profit. This hotel has lost its class and consideration for its paying customers.

What a beautiful hotel - the rooftop bar was amazing and all the technology in the rooms was so cool! I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location, great rooftop restaurant, very clean rooms and comfy beds!!

The price of $500 a day for a small room with a tv that does not work and no hot water was an issue.

Convenient location with easy access to attractions ! Nice stuff!

Fantastic Hotel! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Downtown Chicago. It is perfectly located. Don’t need a rental car. Just walk or Uber/Taxi. Would come back again FOR SURE!

Great location. Service not the best. Room was not properly serviced though they provide a button you can light to specifically request it. Out of room for 7 hours, and when we returned room was just as we left it. I was told they were at capacity and I’m guessing they don’t employ enough staff to handle that. Amazingly our room was taken care of the next day almost immediately after we left.

central location.we attended baseball gams at both white sox and cubs as well as toured navy pier and magnificent mile.

location. well thought amenities. sooooooooooooooooo goooooooooooood.

close to everything we wanted to see. The restaurant is good but too expensive.

Stayed here for Christmas. Great king suite. Very odd that on Christmas morning housekeeping literally entered the room barely announced at 8:05 am. I mean who would possibly think that would be normal on any level.

The staff, including valet, concierge , front desk, the custodian who offered to take our picture, in brief everyone we had interaction with made us feel welcome , with their courteous and professional ways. We upgraded our room to a California king unit with floor to ceiling windows for a small fee, and it was worth it. We especially liked how roomy and luxurious looking the entryway was. The spa robes were a big plus, and the bed was very comfortable. Definitely coming back.

everything is up class and very clean. price is high but worth to stay.

A great hotel, the rooms are beautiful and well appointed. The housekeeping staff takes great care of the rooms and your belongings. I definitely recommend the Conrad. However, do not go to Noyane, the rooftop bar and quasi Japanese restaurant. Rude, wholly inattentive, and uncaring staff. Many sit for a long time to be acknowledged, even longer to get drinks. Good luck on a second, or food order. I've tried it several times (not all voluntarily) -- this is not an anomaly of an oddly busy night or a new young bartender. Managers are around, they simply don't care. The host is rude and barks at you. An awful place. Enjoy the hotel, but go elsewhere for Japanese, there are many close-by alternatives.

My husband and I just wanted to get away for the weekend. I wanted to stay downtown and close to shopping. This location couldn't be any better. Half block from Michagin Ave, shopping, restaurants, and all the excitement from the city. Great location and beautiful hotel.

Overall this hotel is magnificent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tyrell was amazing, friendly and met us with a smile and eager to help. Jenna was also very friendly and helpful. Room view and comfort were great. The ONLY complaint was we were gone all day the 2nd day and had no housekeeping. We asked for it for the next day, but no one ever cleaned our room. We were only there 2 nights but expected room to be cleaned. Other than that we could not have ask for better.
