Apparently I only ordered a hearing accessible (not mobility) room. None available on Christmas Eve check in. I was 2 weeks post op for my new hip and really needed a toilet with handicap bars. Instead our 1st and 2nd room had the lowest most poorly placed toilet I have ever seen. Too close to wall with paper holder protruding into needed body space. Absolutely no way for a disabled or even an older person to safely or comfortably use. I used the public handicap accessible restroom instead. Desk staff did their professional best. Otherwise the hotel was excellent. Wed manager’s happy hour was very nice. Thank you.

My room was stained pretty bad; the floor, curtain, and scratched furniturel However, I'm still happy they accept dogs. But my dog didn't do this and well behaved, go figure. Otherwise, the stay was good.
