Chicago Marriott O'Hare

We had a great experience there. Quick and easy check in. Room was clean great view to the pool. Only thing is they charge for guest parking and breakfast.

1. Room temp was freezing even after turning on heat. Had to call front desk 3 times before an engineer was sent up. I requested to be given another room but placed on hold. The engineer took half an hour to fix the heat. This was very frustrating since we were very tired and it was way after 9pm. 2. The front desk neglected to provide us vouchers for breakfast included in the hotel package we purchased. We were told to just give the restaurant our room number. When we arrived at the restaurant after giving our room number, we were instructed to obtain vouchers at front desk. Very inconvenient and frustrating. Never again coming back to this hotel! 3. Front desk was not friendly at all.

This was My worse state ever in a Marriott hotel. Please stay away it's the stake his hotel ever a bidon. No exhaust in the bathroom and carpets are very dirty.

Avoid this hotel it needs renovation rooms were dirty and food was bad

Better than expected all around! Will stay here again next time.

Really nice hotel, with nice rooms but small bathrooms. There were four ladies and we managed to make it work. I wish we had a room with a refrigerator.

It was ok, not a bad hotel. It was ok for the purpose i was there.

I live in the area and just wanted a night away. I was annoyed that I had to pay $32 for parking. I could have taken a cab for cheaper. I was also disappointed that there was no mini fridge and that they charge for internet access. A TV channel listing would have been helpful. I also found the bathroom to be a tight squeeze. Otherwise the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The pool was really clean and nicely heated. And being so close to the airport I heard no airport traffic. Overall it was a nice stay.

Horrible experience. We went to the Notre dame football game then drove to Chicago. When we arrived at hotel at midnight they told us the hotel was overbooked and they wanted me to drive 20 miles to another Marriott. I told them I had less than 3 hrs to sleep and I was not adding a total of an hour of driving back and forth. I had a 9 yr old who was exhausted. I was exhausted and driving would be dangerous. I told them I would sleep in the lobby. After much arguing they gave us a room. I will never stay in a Marriott again.

Average place to stay near airport and convention center

The staff is no good, I booked two twin bed rooms for 2 guests, but they gave me 1 king bed room, the gentlemen at the reception was not helpful and rather rude, because of being near to the airport, rooms should be sound proof but it's very painful entire night flight sound kept coming.

It met my expectations and more. Close from the cta station

The hotel was beautiful inside and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful at the front desk. The beds in the room felt like u were sleeping on a cloud. The best bed ive slept in at any hotel. My daughter used the pool and loved it. My daughter loved the meet and greet and it was worth the $$. The only problem I had which was very upsetting was eating at the restaurant in the hotel called Brickton. Horrible service!! Had to wait forever for the food and their was only 1 other table in there. I ordered bacon with my breakfast. The waiter brought me my food and said he was coming right back out with the bacon. Never showed up until he was clearing the plates. Asked him about the bacon and he acted like he didnt care. Said he will go get some. I told him I didnt want it now since everyone was done eating and his only reply was "ok I will take it off your bill." No apology or anything. He was rude to my 13 yr old daughter as well when she was ordering. This really changed my thoughts on the hotel since it was a perfect rating up until then.

I like it. It was so close to the airport and the place I wanted.

Great greeting upon arrival, polite staff, and super great room. Couldn't have found a better place for a quick trip. Close to CTA, easy travel.

I stayed one night while in town for a one day conference. Shuttle from the airport was fast and convenient, rooms were clean. There is only one restaurant nearby (Gino's which is cool) other than the one inside the hotel, so keep that in mind if you don't have a car.

Bed was bumpy, not good sleep, and they charged my credit card again even though I paid in full in advance!!! Costing me check charges on my account. Not Happy

We like that it was close to the airport, but also the suites are updated, comfortable and impecable.

The hotel will charge you on internet in the room around 14$/day and parking 28$/day.

Chicago O'Hare Marriott has been renovated since I last stayed there and it is beautiful. The staff gives excellent customer service and is very friendly. The workout out room is very clean and the pool area well kept. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The only thing I did not like was having to pay so much to park there. They have a very large lot, so i do not understand why it is necessary to charge $28 a night for parking when we are already paying for the room. We had some visitors while there, and it was expensive parking for them also.
