The location was close to the airport. The amenities were close.

I got charged another fee 60.00 for no reason and my reservations was canceled too

Everything was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable the only complaint is that there is no mini fridge in the room.

I bought 3 cold sandwiches and a small bottle of coke from the front desk as I arrived late at around 9:50 pm. I got charged $35.96 on my room bill. That is $10 per sandwich and $6 for the coke. This is price gouging at it’s best with at least a 300% markup from regular retail prices.

Nice pool area, great hotel bar to hang out at. Very clean rooms and front desk staff were fantastic. Rooms had some issues with temp control (it was very hot and humid in Chicago when we were there), and had a hard time cooling it down like we wanted. But otherwise can’t complain. Wish parking and WiFi were not extra add-one!

The hotel was nice but farther from the airport than I expected. It was not a good experience taking the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. There was a long wait time and the bus was very crowded. I will note do this again.

While my family was stranded at the airport, we chose to stay at this hotel instead of trying to sleep on airport chairs and floors. Great location, caring/helpful staff, and a nice selection of “emergency amenities.” The only things missing were a fridge to store the leftovers we were bringing along as snacks, a microwave to heat them, and/or food available on-property after 11pm.

Everything was excellent nice and quiet. Clean service was very good.

The extra charges for parking and WiFi are outrageous. There was construction around my room with noise. They were stupidly fussy about changing my room because booked thru Orbitz.

Exhorbitant charges for parking and internet. Rooms were clean

Dirty pool; extremely dirty place where was microwave - only one for the entire hotel; I was not informed at the beginning that WIFI is NOT for free and I asked about WIFI connection when I checked it. I was only informed that I need my last name and room number. It is NOT ok to charge my card automatically without me putting card number in the system in case is needed. WIFI access does not belong NOT incidentals and should not be automatically connected to card number. I do not agree with these charges.

The place is good the only thing I dint like is not free breakfast not free parking

It was convenient to the airport and had free shuttle service. The bathroom was too small. The shower had hair in it. The vanity top had no room for toiletries. The toilet had a foot operated lever that is usually only seen in gas station restrooms. The toilet lever was hard to work; I usually had to push it twice.

Located right next to the L for easy access to OHare and downtown, this Marriott is quiet and has nice facilities.
