Bath tub was clogged. Had to use trashcan to remove water into toilet. Very gross. We arrived at 1am so there was no way the hotel was being fixed at that time
Hotel is conveniently located and the staff was extremely friendly! Breakfast was great too! But there was garbage on the floor underneath and behind the nightstands so even though the room was clean there was not much attention to the details.
The owners need to put some money and effort into upkeep. Our bathroom had paint coming off the ceiling and wall paper by the tub coming loose. Rugs need a good cleaning - Stanley steamer type not just staff type
Breakfast was almost nonexistent
Less than basic breakfast despite the end of covid restrictions and all the "hot breakfast" signs ( no bread or toast but frozen milk for your cereals is what you can expect). Room smelled slightly moldy. 3 of 3 lamps were "conveniently" plugged in non working outlets requiring you to search for a working one. And a check in clerk totally absorbed in a personal call during the entire 5 mn check in process who managed to put me in a room next to laundry room despite 1/2 vacant property. I was woken up at 8:00 am on saturday with the floor and bed shaking when washer started tumbling cycle. This should never have been a room for any guest. My advice - stay away from motels that are looking to make a buck through inconveniencing you.
Ceiling falling apart in bathrooms...some fell down on me while showering
During our stay we were woken up five times before check out, there was not a do not disturb sign in our room to put on the door. We asked for a late check out, I was told that it was put in our file but the manager came shortly after checkout time to ask why we hadn’t left. Otherwise our stay was great!
This is in a good location in regards to shopping and food. The staff were less than professional. We checked in while the employee fed her infant behind the counter. When we asked for an extra blanket, we were told there were not any extras. The room had several lightbulbs missing and there were dirty socks left in the room.
Our air conditioning in the room did not work. The shower curtain bar was loose and almost fell down. Noxious weeds were growing in the flower beds on the property. That is a BIG negative in a state which relies on agriculture and control of noxious weeds. The weeds- almost waist high- tell us that problems extended far beyond our room. I can't understand the property's high rating on your site.
Comfortable clean room, pet friendly n humorous staff
We only stayed 1 night, but it was in a great neighborhood, close to the highway. The hotel and our room was clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was the usual fare, but all was fresh, warm and refilled promptly to keep it available.
The staff was very unprofessional and unclean. The meals that were provided were very in clean and not properly prepared juice machine dispensed water more then juice the fresh fruit was not fresh at all most of the oranges were rotten. Some of the staff was watching our bags when we were leaving and saying make sure to count all the sheets and pillows and blankets they might’ve stole some. We are so unhappy with the stay and would never return or recommend this place.
Staff was very friendly, rate was good. Other people staying there were professional or common sense people that were very quiet!! Breakfast was very good. Would easily stay there again.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with our reservation when we arrived, and the clerk at the desk straightened it out for us, even though the mix-up was mine! Breakfast was good, if you don't mind eating around crabby old women. Great amenities for the price, and cleanliness was beyond what I expected.
Would stay there again. Enjoyed it. It is conveniently located.
Staff was really helpful. They had hot snacks ready when we got there at 7:00pm.. Nice surprise after driving all day. Close to the mall and all kinds of restaurants just a few blocks up the street. Hot breakfast was perfect with great fresh fruit.
When I walked in the room it smelled like urine. I had no hot water the next morning.
