Love, love, love the location - within walking distance of SO many shops, restaurants, bars and activities! The staff was SUPER awesome - we were so lucky to be able to check-in a bit early too! The pool and beach area is very relaxing and so well laid out. I've already referred 2 of my friends to ...
Breathtaking views and the staff was super friendly and there to assist at all times.
I liked the employees, style and breakfast. My shower head was the only problem I had with the room.
Love the location of the hotel. Close to everything in Isla Verde. I did not like the dust and worn carpets in our floor, due to the major construction going on.
No room service but overall great place to stay. Would recommend to friends and family
Everything was great!! Room is very clean staff very friendly and helpful good breakfast and a nice pool
Even though we were not allow to use amenities because of hurricane irma. The hotel still charged us the free stating it was for the meals they provided to the guest during the hurricane.
Only major dislike now breakfast is continental, no eggs, no protein. Only oatmeal, fruits, breads and pastries.
