I found the staff at the restaurants, spa, poolside areas and housekeeping to be very friendly and courteous which I really enjoyed. I had a very unfortunate incident with a member of the front desk staff that left me feeling very disrespected and humiliated. Unfortunately, I would never be comfortable going back to this hotel when I return to Cancun

The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I didn’t like that I booked ocean view and my room was facing another resort. I also did not like the pool closed at 7pm I wasn’t expecting a curfew at an adult resort.
