every thing was good except the food was low quality.

It was an amazing experience. The staff is wonderful. The only thing I think they need to improve is nightlife options. The piano bar lounge dj didnt play current music for dancing.

Customer service and attention to detail were phenomenal. 5 star treatment. Spa was amazing. Entertainment was fabulous. Room was huge. The overall experience was exceptional.

It was a very nice hotel. It was very windy. It seams that there's a bit of the wind tunnel created by the tower and the hotel adjacent.

Secrets the Vine was an excellent resort, especially for the price. It was small enough to feel intimate, but had all of the amenities and options of larger resorts.

We had a wonderful vacation at secrets the vine. The resturants were great and all the service was great.

Nice hotel , good food and a great staff , beautiful beach this was our second stay

Wonderful experience. Hotel was perfect. I would stay here again and recommend to everyone.

Orlando at the front desk and Valeria from the entertainment staff were absolutely awesome along with the rest of the stuff. We can't wait to be back!! The food was also amazing!!! Definitely a 5 star experience.

My husband and I have just returned (10/25-11/1/16) from one of the most relaxing and luxurious vacations we've ever been on. If you are thinking of going to Secrets, The Vine, don't hesitate! We were on the 24th Preferred club floor in the honeymoon suite with an ocean front. The views were fantastic, the room was spotless and kept that way everyday by housekeeping. Our floor concierge team, Oscar and Angel were top notch. They took care of everything for us and then some. The food was phenomenal, never tasted better anywhere. The pool on the 12th floor was the best! Tharvin took extremely good care of us, making sure we had everything we needed, he even moved the umbrella just right so my husband was in the shade and I was not! The spa was heaven! We had 2 couples massages and facials... we even paid to have our feet nibbled on by the little fish in the glass boxes... which is a really weird feeling by the way! If you are going or thinking of going... don't hesitate... just do it!

This is a beautiful hotel with great rooms and amazing views and staff. The beds are fair and the food is fair at best. The food had great presentation but lacked flavor. With the exception of the Asian restaurant every meal was soaked in salt and butter. The ribeye at the steak and seafood restaurant was less than 1/4in thick and had so much salt and butter it was inedible. The hotel has a great wine list unfortunately none of the good wines are included in the all inclusive package. Every server at all of the restaurants tried to get you to buy a bottle of wine. They have a pre rehearsed monologue to get you to buy. While I love good wine I'm not going to spend $500 for a $50 bottle of wine. I also noticed that the same bottle of wine was different prices at different restaurants within the hotel. The hotel and grounds security is second to none.

The resort is first class in terms of facilities, amenities, etc. The service is excellent. You never have to look far if you need help or have a question. The only thing lacking is the restaurant service. We had to wait approx 45-60 mins twice for dinner (no reservations accepted). The service once we had a table was very slow, but the staff is good otherwise. Room service can also be slow, but again, the staff is excellent once it arrives. We recommend getting to dinner by 7pm to avoid the wait. Other than this, a great experience.

The hotel service is incredible! Super friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and have great view of the ocean and the bay. The mini-bar was disappointing but 24 hrs room service made up for it. The spa was amazing and truly enjoyed my morning there. The pool areas are beautiful and have great views of the ocean. The service at the pool was excellent!!! My favorite restaurant was the Bluewater Grill.. again amazing food and service! The breakfast buffet was surprisingly incredible with made to order omelettes and waffles. The Dragon restaurant had amazing sushi! Great place to relax and unwind!

Our experience at Secrets the Vines was magnificent! The room was great; very clean and well stocked! The staff always had smiles on their faces and were very helpful and accommodating. The restaurants and bars were top notch. Oh and I can's say enough about the 24 hour room service. It was very pleasant to come back to the resort late at night and have the ability to get a great hot meal. Can't wait to go back!!!!!

Excellent motel, staff, & location! Only complaint is the staff/location/motel made it so incredibly awesome we never wanted to leave resort to do any site seeing! If your looking to be pampered, this is diffinately the place you want to be! Not to mention incredible views right from your room!

We were treated great our entire trip. The staff was friendly and wanted us to have a good time. The security was excellent we never worried about our safety. The beach was beautiful. This was the first all inclusive resort I stayed at where you don't need a reservation for any of the restaurants.

The staff are all outstanding and always have a smile & a hello for you. The grounds, common areas, & the rooms are beautiful. What was not as good as our 1st trip to The Vine was; 1. Beer and water was warm 90% of the time. 2. Mini fridge did not work (this was the same on our 1st trip) 3. Flat bottom sheet on the king bed did not fit and it ended up wadded up under us and made it difficult to sleep. What happened to fitted sheets? 4. Entertainment quality went way down from our 1st trip. 1st trip there was dancing music outside at 8:00 PM, and dancing music inside at 10:30 almost every night. This trip it was stand up comedy, casino night, cabaret show, karaoke, piano player, circus show, Moulin Rouge, Cuban Trio, Mexican Show, etc. There was some dancing music, but no where as much as our 1st trip.

The first impressions were amazing, Get a suite at least 20 floors up and you are looking over the entire hotel row with views of the ocean on one side and lagoon on the other. The room is very comfortable and modern. The location is great and amenities are very nice. However we were turned off by the constant push for sales, our room came with $400 in hotel credit however they only gave us $200. Only to find out it does not matter because you can only use it in 20 or $40 dollar increments so its pretty much worthless. Then the push for sales started, trying to get us to go to a timeshare presentations. At every meal we experienced a high pressure sale for bottles of wine we did not want. Then at the pool had to deal with constant pressure to book spa treatments right away, or buy a bottle of wine so we can make sure we get into a restaurant as that is the only way to make a reservation. The food was ok at best, the italian food was good. The mexican food not good and the rib-eye at the steak house was worse then a sizzler. The pools are very relaxing and plenty of seating for everyone. Make sure to get out early and claim your chairs if you want a prime location. Outside of the sales staff the hotel staff was great.

We arrived early and was greeted with a drink and a smile. The check in was quick we were able to enjoy the pool and have lunch while our room was getting ready. Pool, room, overall look of the hotel is very clean, the entertainment is very good too. Staff was very nice and pleasant eager to help when needed. Anytime we called to get some help with something in our room they came quick. Room service is a very nice touch something we enjoyed this time. The drinks are top shelf and service at the pool side very good. Food was fair some very good others just ok but we didn't go hungry. Enjoyed the grill at the poolside.
