Beautiful Property with Beach Access. Great Security. Fine Dining with excellent chefs. Must try Nebbiolo's on the 12th floor. Jose in the main dining area on the first floor was superb.

We had no hot water for our stay. My wife was walked in upon naked in the room with the do not disturb sign on. People just kept going in my room. We were travel agents and called ahead letting know it was my 49th birthday. Our concierge was great. The managers except for one not so much. At this time would not recommend as I have asked for a call from management. There were many other items I could go into but was shocked at how we were treated. Major language barrier and was not open to translation.

The views were breathtaking the staff were trying but the property was in disrepair. The air conditioning and hot water didn’t work upon arrival. The staff attempted the fix and made the hot water scalding (one extreme to another). Next the air would get to where the room wasn’t hot but it was never cool. Common areas much cooler. The refrigerator and outlets quit working as well. We only figured out when trying to take leftovers from a very high end steakhouse out and they were room temperature. The alcohol is very cheap quality brands and we noticed a very bad headache. Food is average on a good day but nothing impressed us.

An excellent, high-end all-inclusive resort with amazing service and amenities. The many restaurants on site cater to all tastes. The food was very good and the only aspect about the resort that wasn't 5-star for us. We upgraded to Preferred Club and the experience was top notch.

Great staff. Super nice. Perferred Club was a wonderful experience. Attention to detail was remarkable. Views beautiful. Beach superb thou the waves were pretty brutal. Dinners iffy. Get to the restaurant at 6. If you wait till 7 or later plan on 2 hour wait. Food was just ok. Presented well. Hard working and dedicated. Felt pampered and restored. Pool seating is all taken by shoes and towels bags and books by 8am. Not a living soul down there but personal affects. We had no problems sitting by ocean. Entertainment at night was average. Much younger crowd present. Mostly couples. We loved it. Drinks and bartenders were very good.

The food was amazing the staff very accommodating, our personal concierge Sebastian was very attentive. The piano bar area was very cold, it was hard to sit in there and enjoy the evening activities. It also had a smell right in that little area.
