This resort was absolutely perfect! Jared provided us with the best service. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The only thing I would change would be privacy dividers on the rooms for the balcony. You can see when your neighbor is sitting on their balcony & vice versa, but that’s a personal preference

I would never stay at this hotel again or resort. This was the worst place and I do not recommend staff and worker were very rude and had attitude. All services, especially restaurants / food took over one hour. I will never stay here again.

Overall loved the experience and the excellent service we were provided right when we arrived to the hotel. This was our first time out of the country and we really enjoyed our time at the resort. We will be back soon!

Wow; what an awesome trip! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, the food was so good. But really, I can’t speak highly enough of the staff. They are clearly so hardworking and kind. The resort is perfect if you’re looking for a very relaxing trip. Pools are nice and it’s great being on the beach. The rooms are also big and the bed was soooo comfy. Will be back for sure!
