The room was absolutely gorgeous, the beach stunning and the food was delicious. What made Secrets the Vine truly great was the service ! The room I stayed in was clean and spacious. Housekeeping came by 2 times a day which was great. Supplies were replenished every time. Staff throughout the whole resort were friendly, polite and very helpful. I have no problem communicating with any of them even if I don’t speak Spanish. They went extra mile for you to solve any problems you have.
