Unfortunately , our expectations faced disappointment First off the washroom in rooms are not clean. If you have any request it will take alot of Time to get it to you buffet has lot of options .ok but only mexican food mostly and is not fresh .they need to work on menu for sure it being a 5 star hotel Drinks are ok. Swimming pool benches are reserved and u wont find space if you decide to go around noon The two restraunts have long waiting time Not much activities to do may be you will play pool games for 10-15 minutes that it They try to arrange some party on saturday but again with same food nothing-new Only good thing is view and breakfast options

Worst Resort Experience in Cancun – Not Recommended This was my 8th trip to Cancun, and I truly love traveling here. Over the years, I’ve stayed at many different hotels and resorts because I enjoy experiencing new places each time. Some hotels were great, others not so great, and I usually try to be understanding because no place is perfect. However, Secrets The Vine Cancun was by far the worst resort I have ever stayed at — not only in Cancun, but among all the resorts I’ve visited. The service, food, and overall resort experience were extremely disappointing. For the price we paid, this resort is absolutely not worth it. If you are considering this price range, I would strongly recommend Le Blanc instead. Especially for honeymooners: please do NOT choose this resort. A once-in-a-lifetime trip deserves far better than this. Do your research carefully and read reviews before making a decision. --- 🍽 Food The resort has about six restaurants. The buffet operates for breakfast and lunch, and becomes a Mexican restaurant for dinner. During our 7-day stay, we used the buffet every morning and afternoon. The overall concept heavily focuses on Mexican food, which is fine, but: The menu barely changes The selection is very limited and repetitive The food quality is poor and tasteless At most resort buffets, you can at least find basic items like beef or steak, but here, you won’t even see steak at the buffet. It feels like cheap ingredients are being used,

The staff was amazing - everyone was so helpful. The grounds were beautiful. and there was always an open chair on the beach or at the pool. We took a tour of the Hyatt Unlimited Vacation Club, and we are now proud owners! If you tour in Cancun at the Vine - make sure to ask for Bernie - he not only got us a great deal, but got us a ton of extras for buying in. All in all - it was a great trip!

The room was very clean. We had the million dollar view from 25 floor.The room service was very attentive. Nice carribian blue water beach. Great customer service at the pool and beach area. We had access to prefered club and it was a big plus. The hotel offered 6 different restorants. Our favorite were Olio, the Dragons, Italian restorant, Market's Cafe for breakfast. We definitely will came back. Very nice resort!!!
