Staff is great. Rooms are clean but i dont think cuos sre changed or cleaned in the rooms as i saw makrs on the cups. Twice sheets with marks on them. Also you need more vegan and daury free food on the reskrt. If skmeone like me has a milk allergy its very hard to fond food.

Had the most beautiful experience for my first time in Mexico !! Spent 10 days here for my honeymoon and it was so peaceful and amazing!! The Miamar has amazing food especially the breakfast ! And the los agaves is amazing for dinner (ate there almost every night we loved it so much) the bartenders are amazing especially Adrian! He remembered me and my husband every time and was so happy and helpful with new drinks to try!! Would definitely recommend and come back any day!

The resort is dated. There’s mold in the bathrooms. Esp the sinks. The food is horrible. There’s only one pool and not many restaurants. Beach area is very small and fills up fast. You can hear through the walls in the room. Theres no nightly entertainment. The staff was attentive and nice but i would not stay here again.

I recently stayed here and overall had a pleasant experience. The property is clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxing. The staff were friendly and attentive, and check-in was quick and smooth. The room itself was comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. Some of the amenities felt limited, and the room could use a bit of updating. A little more attention to detail especially with maintenance.

It’s our 2nd vacation We had a wonderful time at this all-inclusive resort. The food was delicious so many options to choose form and the staff very friendly all the time, they really make you feel welcome.They went out of their way to help me celebrate my birthday! The staff were all very nice, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I also want to thanks the concierge Kayla, she very wonderful and very friendly was hospitable and made me feel special every day I was there I will definitely be back I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation .❤️
