Very comfortable bed. Very friendly, helpful and pleasant staff. Great location: 1 block from a big mall Las Americas, and across the street from the best hospital in Cancun, with 50 specialists in different areas of medicine. Very good breakfast. Outside space with a swimming pool.

Hotel is located across big shopping mall, with plenty of food courts, good retail prices for everyday goods. In general recommended for business traveller with clean, comfortable and quiet room, business center, great buffette breakfast and friendly staff. Taxi stand right around the corner (expensive), better to catch one on the street. Safe environment by the busy street.

Everything was really good, with the exception that when we got there they made us wait for about two hours because they where sold out, although we had made the reservation about one month in advance. We were very tired, and that made worse the wait! Besides this incident, we would recommend this hotel if you are going to be in the city because it has a good location, it also has ice, coffee, tea, hot water, and a microwave available 24 hours a day in the hotel lobby.

Great stay. Nice location for business travel and next to a handy shopping center.

very good and very clean good staff greet location good value for your $$

I normally give the city express family of hotels very high marks. This time they put me on the 5th floor and in the middle of the night there was a sudden, vomit inducing reek coming from the shower drain. A big problem with their sewer gas venting. I finally put a plastic bag over the drain and filled the shower with a few inches of water. Also, no towels in room.

This is a small business hotel, average, but new one, with good location, and with a small breakfast included. If you want to use your hotel room just to get rest and sleep ,you can bet on it, and for the price, is a good choice....

nice quiet ..clean need more efficient ac

I had booked a double room and the receptionist was going to give me a single room, and after I showed her the confirmation she got it right but she didnt believe at first

The hotel was just BAD!!! I did not recommend it at all!! The rooms are small, hot and noisy. They have manual AC that is old and stinky, so basically you just sleep in a very hot room or you just couldnt because of the noise and smell of the AC. Horrible!!! The staff was unhelpful and rude. They just kept saying "those are the hotel conditions". The hotel is not money worth. Dont rely on the pictures you may see on the web. The breakfast was pretty decent, specially the fruit, but that is all. Wouldnt recommend it if you are looking for a nice and not expensive hotel. There should be, by far, better options than this one.

First rate, inexpensive accommodation for a short stop-over, as a base for exploring north Yucatan, or as an alternative to the overbuilt and overpriced beachfront hotel zone. Clean, quiet, excellent continental breakfast included, and convenient to in-town shopping (nice mall nearby) and restaurants. Free wireless internet. Friendly and helpful staff.
