The room that we booked online was nothing like the pictures or description. Thankfully, when we questioned this we were immediately given a refund which we gladly took and exited the premises. Would not recommend.

This could be a very nice hotel. But the management does not seem to care about maintenance. A giant mango tree leaves rotten mangoes all over. The water in the jacuzzi was completely covered with rotten leafs. The place has a lot of potential

Accoglienza super, ambiente familiare, personale sempre disponibile a qualunque tipo di informazione. Wifi ottimo. Vicino al mercato 28. La struttura è da rivedere, in camera non c'è possibilità di riporre gli indumenti causa mancamza di armadi e mensole, la doccia è da migliorare e il cambio di asciugamani in una settimana è stato fatto uma sola volta.

Super opción en el centro de Cancun !!!

Nos gusto el lugar, es la primera vez que viajamos a Cancun y el personal del hotel fue super atento nos ayudo mucho. Casa es un lugar tranquilo, donde pudimos relajarnos y disfrutar del Jacuzzi en la terraza, cerca de bancos, restaurantes y del camión para llegar a las playas. Super recomendables nos encanto.
