The room was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. My biggest complaint was the check-in process. The woman who checked us in was really unfriendly and made us feel uncomfortable with our room choice (which ended up being NOT all inclusive and all 6 of us in the suite) - which was a 2 BR with Murphy Bed - which suited us fine. The beach is small and crowded and I wouldn't stay here again.

Amazing services. The amenities are definitely something to remember. The staff were very attentive. The entire place was so clean and the room service and restaurant staff were so nice. I have absolutely no complaints except for the concierge. It was definitely harassing my family trying to sell us something.

Every one was really nice ! But what I didn’t like was that I got stopped at the entrance from this lady that ask me to fill out name and information about all of us, like if I was checking in! So I did. And then she brought me to the actual check in desk so I actually was officially check in ! They told the they this lady was going to show me out room! She came in and sit at the donning chair and star offering me a presentation to other thing to sell me things and I was so tired But she will not leave! I was so mad! She came in to our room and took like an hour of our time Like she did at the entrance as well So persistent! After I Say no to the presentation she try to get me in to! I know those are so long and not worth of my time. And she also try to get me to it when she will see us leave the hotel trying to go somewhere! The guy from the hotel market also make me bag my own groceries and to put the basket back where I got it from!

Very solid resort, pretty much covers all of the basics. 2 pools, restaurants, nice gym, nice suite style rooms. Good option if you want the resort life at a cheaper price then some of the ultra luxurious resorts down the road. Although the food is very expensive and often not worth the price, as one might come to expect, I figured it’s worth mentioning. There is a taco spot down the road with amazing food for a fraction of the price of the resort options. We also went to the Parque de La Palapas in downtown Cancun for some local eats, and again, for a fraction of what we’d pay at the resort. Your best bet is to go explore local options, and only eat at the resort if you want a quick and easy bite. The beach is pretty underwhelming, it’s shallow and small and during the sargassum season, it’s not even swimable. Luckily the resort next door (Breathless Cancun) has a cleaning team that kept their beach accessible. We just walked over to their beach when we wanted to swim in the ocean.

The room was in good condition, but quite outdated - we expected to have access to streaming. Kitchen appliances were also very outdated. The staff were extremely warm and welcoming upon arrival, but their attitudes changed as soon as we declined the timeshare presentation, which was disappointing. The food at the resort was mediocre. There should have been sugar/sweeteners and tea provided. Salvador and Jeremias were AMAZING!!
