Could use some sprucing up, but overall very nice for a budget priced hotel. Breakfast was good, bathroom nice. The room was small, but perfectly fine for sleeping and watching TV or reading.
Pool not working as advertised. Would have not picked this hotel if we knew.
High quality if not a little dated. Great place to stop and rest along 35.
Check in was fine and the room was ok. My major complaint is that there was a guest literally yelling drunk in the hallway for an hour at 1 am and the staff did absolutely nothing to stop it. I had a flight in Kansas City that morning at 6am so it was frustrating to spend the money to stay there to rest beforehand and have it ruined by a drunk guest and a staff that undoubtedly heard him and did nothing about it.
Convenent location
Staff was awesome. Bed was comfortable. Would stay again
I liked the easy access off the interstate and close vicinity to Missouri Start Quilt Co. Unfortunately, the hotel experienced a bad storm the night before we arrived and lightening had zapped their systems. We were without WiFi, which was frustrating. The first night, the hallways were very hot and stuffy.
When I arrived at 7pm, they had no record of my reservation. I'm glad a had a printed copy of my confirmation. They were really nice and had me squared away in about an hour.
Close enough to Hamilton for our visit to the Missouri Star Quilt Company. Cameron also has a nice quilt store.
Wonderful hotel, only thing I’d change is the beds are kind of hard
Our first night we had a room that the door wouldn't stay shut unless you slammed it hard repeatedly. The next day when we asked to switch we were told that "yeah that has a bad door".... Well I booked my room weeks in advance so why am I given a bad room? The wifi didn't work and they said just keep trying it will eventually work. She told me sometimes it takes 8 or 10 times. The "hot breakfast" was cold at 7 am and had to microwave it. For almost $300 for 3 nights I just expected better I guess. I was told it was the best I'd get in town and if that is true then next time I'll drive further when I visit Cameron.
Nice hotel. Very quiet rooms. Staff was very helpful when I had to make some date changes.
Staff was very helpful, gave directions and mailed a letter for us. Room was nice size and clean but bathroom/dressing room area was VERY SMALL. For our needs it was in a good location.
The staff were very nice and helpful. My only problem with this hotel was the bedding. It was uncomfortable and has cigarette burns in the comforters.
We picked this hotel because of its good location. The good ended there. This was the dirtiest hotel room we have stayed in, and we have seen many. The grout between the white tiles under the toilet was black. The shower bench had dirty residue on it from a previous user. The room charge was $20.00 LESS than the amount Orbitz charged. This was an all-around unpleasant experience.
