Wonderful Stay

This condo was perfect for our family. It is located in a quiet and safe (gated and guarded) community away from the busy hotel zones but stores and restaurants were easily accessed with a quick drive. Gaby was very good to answer any questions we had and helped us find the the condo when we first arrived at night. We were often the only ones using the pools and fitness area. We appreciated having the beach chairs and umbrella for our beach days. We would definitely come back!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! As soon as we stepped in and turned the lights on there was a loud electrical buzzing and then showers of sparks and smoke from the hallway! We contacted the owner and he said he would send the manager out in 20 minutes -45 minutes later she got there and apologized left and right. The owner and manager said they would refund all of our money (I have his correspondence and promises in writing (texts) because we did not feel comfortable staying there. They said they understood and would pay for us to stay somewhere else. My wife was VERY shaken by the whole experience so we stayed in a hotel and then booked flights out the next day. Then Roger the owner completely reversed his decision and would only refund one night anf not the hotel stay and told us he sent an electrician who confirmed it was FAULTY WIRING!! If it was faulty wiring in one area, does it not make sense it likely has faulty wiring elsewhere? What if we had been standing under it when it happened? What if we were asleep and it caused a fire? And he wanted us to come back and stay there? Absolutely not! After much discussion with him he chose to keep our money and not honor his promise. He is not trustworthy and will likely not take care of you either! Our feeling is it will likely happen again and no stay is worth risking your life, especially someone who seems to put money over his word and everything else. Take our advice and stay somewhere else, there are plenty of NICE places in Cabo!!

Great place, very comfortable for a family of 5, club house amenities exceed our expectations.

We appreciate having beach chairs, umbrella and towels. The place is nicely furnished and decorated. Really nice view from the balcony. Just a few things to have could have been nice for example, coasters for the beautiful coffee table, cooler to take to the beach, paper towel. The dishwasher was not working well, the soap was not dissolving. The water at the main pool was freezing so we preferred to use the pool at the club house instead, not a big deal but we had to packed and walked a bit to get there.
