Renting a condo/apartment was perfect for our group of 2 adults and 1 teenager. Each of us had our own space and we were able to get together in the common areas when we wanted to. Much better than having hotel rooms. The condo was well laid out and everything we needed was available. The location was good and close to all the things we wanted to do.
Very nice place close to restaurants,food markets and the beach. Villa was clean with everything you need to cook your own meal if you prefer to do that. The only thing I didn't like was the cleaning fee, it's outrageous to charge that much.
It was a very cute condo, the perfect size and location. It needs some updating, but we had the best time. Quiet and relaxing! Thank you!

The location was perfect and convenient to go to many places. The grounds were nice and enjoyed watching the otters play in the morning. We did not hear other guests around us and it was super relaxing.
We stayed at block 4450 unit 103. The room was clean and comfortable. The unit was surprisingly big for two couple. This unit had 2 room with 1 queen bed in each. The bed was comfortable. There were 2 bathrooms, 1 is a stand up shower and the other had a bathtub. Shorewalk had all the facility that you will normally get in a hotel except for a gym. There are two pools, tennis court, ping pong table, 2 bbq grills, etc. The area is convenient located closed Publix supermarket and Walmart, although I will recommend having a car because of the Florida heat and mosquitos.
Clean condo The address condo listed on the website isn't where our GPS took us luckily my daughter knew the area and able to find the condo. And also it would nice to have coffee provided Overall very nice and will definitely will consider for future stay.
We stayed 4 nights and it was perfect for our family of 5. We actually could have slept at 2 more people since our youngest slept in our pack n play we brought (which there was plenty of room to set up without it being in the way). It is convenient to a grocery store, Wal-Mart, and a variety of restaurants. It also is close to some amazing beaches. It was great to be able to make a few home cooked meals & be able to wash up our beach laundry. The property was nice and safe. The only odd thing was all the beds were on wheels, which made them movable when my 7 year old plopped down on them. However, it was still a great place. I would definitely stay there again.
The unit we were assigned was spacious, nicely decorated, and very convenient. This is a large condo complex that is 50% owner-occupied, 50% rental. We are a 3-generation family, and grab bars in the showers would have been helpful to our oldest family member. Given the nature of the complex, they are unlikely to be found or installed. The pool and hot tub at the complex were very pleasant, and we would have liked to have been able to stay longer. I will book there again if we go to Bradenton on another trip, and I hope we will get as nice a unit.
We go to visit my son and his family. It is a good value for us because it has a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. My only problem with it is that you never know if you are going to get a clean unit or a dirty on. We bring our own cleaning supplies and hope that we do not need to use them.

I have stayed there before and what you get is a 2 br/2ba 1200 sq ft condo- Each is owned by an owner and you are renting their's. So no 2 decorated the same- I did find a small issue- I tried to call the front desk from the house phone, it didn't work and they tried to charge me 57 cents for the call- Like all condos they want to charge a deposit to your cc for what if damages, DEBT cards will temp take money OUT of your account -be carefull to make sure you authorize the amt. I wasn't asked and $40 was gone from my act-Got it back but it was a hassle.
i lOVE sHOREWALK THE PLACE HAS EVERYTHING U NEED ALL U HAVE TO DO IS PACK YOUR CLOTHES AN GO 5 TO 10 MIN FROM THE BEACH THE PRICE CANT BE BEAT I HAVE STAYED THERE AROUND 5 TIMES THEY JUS NEED TO GET RID OF THE POOL LADY AN HIRE SOMEONE WHO LIKES KIDS AN PEOPLE IN GENERAL.
