Friendly staff. At $965/night, they should be.

Stylish, boutique hotel. Staff was friendly and supportive of race day needs.

The whole vibe was amazing. Check in was easy & fast. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly & accommodating. Loved everything about this hotel!

I enjoyed every aspect of my stay at the 15 Beacon hotel. The staff were extremely accommodating in every way. It is a beautiful, quiet, and swanky location near restaurants, shops, and various activities. I highly recommend this hotel to couples and singles looking to be treated like royalty.

I felt like the staff talked down to us because we didn't look like the wealthy clientel they may be used too but other than that we had a wonderful stay. We were there 6 nights while getting married in Boston last January. The hotel is really nice loved the fireplace in the room.

I spent fantastic time. Room, food, facilities wow. Only costly

XV Beacon would have been a decent hotel if it were 3 stars and priced accordingly, but I was disappointed greatly for a five star hotel priced at $350 a night. The room is very tiny. They don't even have room for things without putting a chair directly in front of the mini-fridge, etc. Additionally, the faucets were quite unusable at times. After running cold water (no hot water used) you would go to use the cold faucet and scaling water would come out. I burned my hand at least twice. You would need to run the water for *minutes* to get the water to be cold again. Trying to get the right temperature was impossible to say the least. I'd say this hotel was about a 3 star experience, but I'm rating it 2 stars for being so underwhelming at this five star rating and at this price. The positive was the staff is quite pleasant and helpful. But the building is just too tiny and dysfunctional.

XV Beacon has a good location in downtown Boston and we were able to walk down Newbury Street as well as to the North End and the TD Garden Center. The hotel also has a complimentary car. They are currently undergoing a renovation on the exterior of the building but it didn't bother us at all. I do think the hotel price point is a bit high for what you get. Still enjoyed our experience!

Room service from moo - top notch Great rooms Great Staff

My wife and I stayed at XV Beacon for my birthday. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location can't be beat. We utilized the hotel car service every night for dinner and the drivers couldn't be nicer. Highly recommend.

The room was beautiful. The service was extremely attentive and always went out of their way to help. Location was perfect.

Great staff - everyone was extremely helpful. If you like smaller boutique hotels with more personalized service and great rooms - you will love this place.

Outstanding service by all personnel from desk to housekeeping. [...] were exceptional on the concierge desk, will ideas and handling our changes (of which there were many). One issue occurred where a broken valve necessitated a room change, and all was handled smoothly and wonderfully. Located within walking distance of nearly all historic sites from The Old North Church to Fanueil Hall. Even have cars and drivers at the hotel to take you on quick local trips to dinner when your attire may not be best for walking. Hotel restaurant, Mooo..., is outstanding; order Eggs Benedict for breakfast, even with roomservice the eggs are poached perfectly. Ordered some of their bed pillows from their supplier when I returned home as they are impressive as well. Book your stay here, you are sure to return.

the hotel lacked a lot for a boutique luxury hotel. no computers available, maid service was lacking. bar service was horrific. bathroom without hot water. leaking showers. the rooms did look nice. that was about it.

Everything was great - beautiful room, super-friendly staff, and excellent lcoation. The only problems we experienced were that our fireplace did not work when we first arrived and the remote for the television was not working properly. Both issues were taken care of immediately (within a couple of minutes after calling the front desk).

Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Boston! Great service from concierge to the restaurant staff; very nice rooms with unique decor; unbeatable location; has a small fitness facility but no pool; quiet rooftop terrace to relax; complementary lexus car service to reasonable destinations around town; overall, a perfect experience for leisure travel

Absolutely amazing on all levels. Small boutique hotel with flawless service and one of the best restaurants anywhere in a great location. I travel all the time and this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Looking forward to my return trip already
