I arrived and they gave me two different apartment numbers, said there was a maintenance issues. Problem was, they didn’t specify which one was the new one. Also, none of the codes worked. I could not get a hold of ANYONE. I was locked out. I used the code on a random one and it worked. Slept in a random one because I had been locked outside for an hour and it was midnight. At 6:45am the construction started. Do I need to say more? After being left outside, provided with the worst check in instructions that were full of typos and gave me the wrong apartment number and codes and having that wonderful wake up call... I tried contacting them the next day to no avail. They will not respond. They don’t even care. I want a refund!

Evolve East Boston 2132 was perfect for our weekend visit to Boston. It is located only 1 train stop from Logan airport, and then 1 more train stop to downtown Boston and the Freedom Trail. The price was almost half the cost of hotels in the area. The apartment is spacious and clean, with space for relaxing and a full kitchen. The building is right on the bay, and there are benches to sit and enjoy the ships and yachts coming and going with the Boston skyline in the background. Now, the buts. The Wi-Fi did not work, and our email to customer service was not answered. We couldn't figure out how to work the big coffee maker and would have preferred a k-cup machine or Mr. Coffee. The check-in instructions were changed the day of our arrival and were confusing, but the building concierge was very helpful. There are only a couple of restaurants and a convenience store near the train stop, but lots of dining options one stop away in downtown Boston. As a help to those using the train, here are instructions from Logan. Board the Bowden Blue Line train at Logan Airport towards downtown Boston. Get off at the first stop, which is Maverick. Exit the station at the end by the front of the train using the escalator or elevator. Once at surface level, you will be in a park area. Turn south with the rock fountain behind you and walk along the sidewalk for one block toward the harbor. At the waterfront, turn left and walk half a block to the building entrance just before the large glass pool atrium. If we return to the Boston area, we would stay here again.

We are a family from Denmark who arrived in Boston a evening in July 2017 and stayed at The Evolve East Boston. It have a good location close to the airport and with an excellent view of Boston skyline. However the apartments are located in a residential building and only a few of them are rented out. It was not easy to find the reception where we should check-in and get the keys. We booked for 4 persons, but there where only 3 beds, so we contacted the reception but they where not able to help! We where just staying 1 night, so in the end we just used the sofa without bed linen! Maybe good for longer stays.

Room excellent, very comfortable bed and all necessary amenities, stove, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer and dishwasher. Polite and attentive staff and very close access to metro. The region of the hotel is being revitalized and because it is close to public transportation, it is ideal to go anywhere in the city.

We booked this with northeast suites. Do not use these people We arrived at the accommodation after flying in from the uk with a confirmation email about our stay Northeast suites had bumped us without notification and they left us in the lurch They did not answer the phone or email or chat or twitter message So we had to rebook a new hotel. After I'd booked the new hotel we got an email telling us of our alternative accommodation, which was miles away and it was too late as I'd booked a new hotel Do not use northeast suites!!!!!

The apartments are well appointed in a good location, except for the dog park right outside our window in the back of the building (Building C) . Loud barking started in the early morning. The rest of our party had an apartment in the from of the building and did not have this problem.

I stayed in one of Evolve Apartments on Garrison Street, Back Bay, Boston. Great location, external fabric of building was gorgeous - gated apartment block. Although the design of the interior was lovely and first impressions - luxurious. However, I very quickly realised that the apartment had been poorly maintained. Dining table was damaged by burn/water marks, black scrape marks around dining area wall, remote control broken, woodwork and walls scratched and scrapped around the apartment, toilet seat badly scratched and seat was, actually, broken!!!!! Worst of all bedlinen had not been ironed and was of poor quality which did not fit with the image of the description of apartment as 'luxurious'. Such a shame. I wouldn't recommend at the price they were charging.

When I booked this hotel I did not research it very well. It is an apartment house that rents out some of their apartments. We absolutely could not check in until 4 pm, our flight landed at 11 am. They do not have airport pickup. So we had to take a cab there and one to the airport in the morning. There is a transit system, but we were unsure how to get to where we wanted to go. The best thing about this is the view. It is right on the bay. The view at night was beautiful. In order to eat we had to walk 4 blocks, which wasn't bad because the weather wasn't bad. The bed was great, the pillows not so much.

The appartments are located in a residential building. Only a few of them are rented out. There is not really a reception for the place, the keys can be picked up a the reception desk of the appartment bulding, but unfortunelately they cannot help you with any questions regarding the appartments. We stayed there for 2 nights with 4 people. The appartment has one queen-sized bed and a sleeping couch. However, there were no bedlinen for the sleeping couch. This could not be resolved during our stay. We got no answer on our email, the only way we could reach the people renting the place. In the end we solved the problem ourselves. The centre of Boston is easy to reach with the subway, which stops 5 mins walking from the appartment.

I've stayed at Evolve four times now and have always had a wonderful experience. On my most recent visits I was traveling and nervous about getting to the airport and back when I returned from my trip. Tyler was so kind and very helpful, he even helped me load the uber app on my phone and showed me how to navigate the site. Coming back from my trip it was so comforting to get to my apartment and feel like I was home. They accommodated my late night check in and made it so easy for me after a 20 hour travel day. The apartments are beautiful and very clean. Great place to stay when in Boston.
