No affordable hotel in the Twin Cities can beat the location and convenience of La Quinta. However, the strengths of this hotels are the cause of some deficiencies: Since the hotel prices and location are the best, many people use this facility. For this reason, it can be a crowded noisy please. ...
Love this hotel. Was so nice to have TGI Fridays and IHOP. connected to the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, especially Elliot if I remember his name correctly. They even had a few food choices available at 3am. All the special effort shows.
I would recommend this Super 8, as it is an affordable and very comfortable option. My wife and I drove up from Chicago on the weekend, to visit the Mall of America. Our stay was very nice here, upon arrival the room wasn't ready early about 1pm but was ready on time at 3 pm at instructed on the ...
I loved staying at a hotel that was connected to the MOA. Soooo convenient when tried but want to freshen up before going out for a nice supper. Room was nice and comfortable and had nice amenities. I loved the spacious shower and soaking tub.
Very accommodating Shuttle service, we had a Club Room so our own private breakfast. The waitress was so helpful. The dining area was kept clean and stocked. Took my granddaughters to the Mall, they were impressed with our hotel room so it started us off on a very pleasant weekend.

Went to a concert at First ave. This hotel is perfect location to many favorite places. Staff was very friendly, check in was quick. Rooms were clean, room was a little warm and couldn't get it to stay below 73.
This hotel delivered what you would expect from a 2.5 star hotel. It was clean, but run down. There was a smell of cigarette smoke in some areas, dirty elevator and dirty hall carpet. The fridge made a loud vibration noise. The staff were very friendly and service was quick and professional. The only negative comment I have re staff would be the female employee working at the front counter both Sun and Monday mornings (Oct 2nd and 3rd) was unprofessional in that she complained about the way the hotel was run (sometimes overbooked and therefore she can't offer an extended stay to guests) and complained about the fact that they offered breakfast (ironically she complained to the guests that were getting breakfast!).The other issue I had was with the booking experience. Not sure who was responsible for the misinformation, but at the time of booking I was told it was a 3.5 star hotel that offered free continental breakfast. A quick internet search confirmed my definition of a continental breakfast to be a number of things; with the common theme of coffee with fresh pastries, jam, fruit juice, etc.The breakfast offered was anything but fresh.Yes there was fresh coffee/tea, but no milk (just powdered stuff or coffee mate; which is actually corn syrup and vegetable oil, not dairy), but the other options were: packaged oatmeal (which had hard clumps in it and no expiry date), granola/fruit bars and instant hot chocolate. At check in I was told breakfast included fresh fruit; never saw any.
The W is a stunning hotel. It mixes the old with the new in a perfect way. This is a landmark. One look will tell you that. What you won’t expect is the beautifully designed features that pay tribute to a bygone era while welcoming you to luxury. The rooms are extremely quiet. The staff is great.
Wonderful hotel for kids with a big pool and nice kids pool.
