The hotel was FINE, but not much better. Surprises I wasn't counting on annoyed me ... such as I didn't know they charged $15 a day for parking. I didn't know they only cleaned the room once every 5 days if staying more than one night. I didn't know they had no charging ports ... for a modern hotel, that's really not acceptable. I hate having to go to the front desk to get more toilet paper and towels ... if you aren't going to clean my room, at least leave enough that I don't have to deal with that. I guess I just expect more from the Hyatt brand.

Hotel lobby near freezing. Managers don’t know how to configure automatic doors so both open up at minus 10 f. They should manage properties in upper Midwest. Also pay parking at this location is not worth it.

The hotel looked great. Was disappointed at check in to find out we had to pay extra to park in the parking lot. Unfortunately we also had loud neighbors in the hall very late while we were trying to sleep. Lastly there seemed to be an infestation of lady bugs. We lost count after killing over 20. We thought we had gotten all of them but in the morning we woke up to dozens more crawling all around.
