Price is the #1 reason to stay here. I arrived after dinner and left before breakfast. In that case it is hard to find a better place: quiet, and bed was decent Would not recommend if you plan to spend extended time in the room. Decor was outdated, cleanliness OK.

The photos are misleading to say the least. Read past reviews - this property has been under some sort of construction for months if not longer, but the work didnt appear to be active. Rather, it’s like they started to renovate a very worn and dated property and never finished. Bathroom had old unpainted spackle repairs on walls, mildewy caulk around old plastic shower panels, cheap broken plastic shower head, and drain didn’t flow well so water collected in tub when showering (would not have considered using tub for a bath). Beds had dated and cheap sheets and blankets, plastic liners under thin sheets, and we found hairs in beds. Main room otherwise appeared fairly clean. Newer TV in room. Water was hard and had strong chlorine taste. Only two very small and thin bath towels (for two adults). Hallways showed heavy wear, water staining on carpet, and soiling. Exterior literally looks like a war zone. At least one exterior door had unfunctioning security card locks, so anyone could just enter.
The room looked like it wasnt cleaned. There was black stuff that was either mold or dead bugs on the walls found hair ties and phone chargers an old room key. Had to get a new key card made everytime we left
No! Run away! This place is a filthy pit. They have not done maintenance in decades.
It was convenient to where we wanted to be and was cheaper than the other option. The room was clean and fine, but the elevator leading up to it smelled like urine, and the "free breakfast" was a few cookies.

Requested room for 6 people. We got a room with two double beds and no extra room. I have no idea where they expected everyone to sleep. Room was definitely dated and in need of upgrades but that was expected for the price. What wasnt expected was that the room was freezing. Cold winter air was coming through the window and door. We had heat turned up all the way and it was barely coming out. Our hands, feet and noses were so cold. The positive is that the beds had nice mattresses, which is a rare find with these lower end hotels and they had a continental breakfast.
I guess we got what we paid for but the room had obviously been heavily smoked in despite being a non smoking room. The tub was clogged so I couldn’t even shower. It was just dark and dank. Never staying there again.
Being only a few minutes down the road from where the wedding was, it was very convenient. The people at the front could have been nicer and they were a bit hard to understand. The king size bed we slept in was amazingly comfortable. I would stay there again.
Our Room was disgusting & dirty & woud compare the overall "motel" to the Bates Motel! Everything in the room was obviously purchased from hotels from the 70's INCLUDING THE TOWELS!!!
Just needed a room to sleep in for a night, front desk staff was friendly. It's your basic motel room for a fair price.
You get what you pay for is the best way to describe my stay. It was all I expected.
Unfortunately this is the only hotel in Barrington, you have no choice. It was below average but served it's purpose. If you are used to nice rooms, this hotel is not for you.i am sure most of the people who live in and around Barrington would not be caught dead in this hotel.
There was nothing really wrong or bad about our stay, I wouldn't do it again, but it was just fine. It didn't seem like the most maintained place and the continental breakfast can barely be called that. Stale cereal, stale donuts, old milk....we went to dunkin donuts instead. There was that musty, unkempt hotel smell. The staff was very nice, they answered my questions upon my arrival and were able to give us a number for a taxi service. Not a high quality place, a place to sleep when you don't live in the area.
