What a nightmare

My family and I were recently displaced by severe storms and spent one night at the Hampton Inn, hoping for some rest during a stressful time. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but restful. At around 2 a.m., we were woken by a loud party in the room next door that escalated to the point where the sheriff's department had to intervene. Just as we were settling back in, a fire alarm went off at 3 a.m., forcing the entire hotel to evacuate into the parking lot. We were never informed when it was safe to return to our rooms, leaving us confused and exhausted. I reached out to hotel management afterward to express our concerns, but their response was dismissive. They claimed all procedures were followed and accepted no responsibility for the chaos or the lack of communication during the evacuation. Given the poor handling of the situation and the complete absence of accountability from management, I can confidently say we will never stay at this Hampton Inn again.
