The hotel is located in a nice area but needs renovations. The carpets are old and smelly, the beds are not comfortable and the breakfast is not recommended. I give this hotel a 2 stars. The staff was nice.

Front desk staffer was great...very helpful and friendly. Room was clean with a nice bed.
Room was filthy there were ants in our room but apparently telling the cleaning staff wasn’t enough. Refrigerator was so loud had to unplug to sleep. Remote batteries didn’t work….. contacted hotel staff and was pretty much told the hotel was full and the only night they could’ve done anything anyway was Sunday. And that the cleaning staff probably didn’t understand me because they don’t speak English very well and I should’ve waited in the check in line again to report my issues. Front desk staff and manager were rude and not very accommodating. They refused to comment on my complaint of having to pluck an ant off my two month old baby. I will never stay here again or any other of their properties.

I stayed at the hotel for a wedding and it was immediate from the moment I walked in that their guest's experience and comfort were top of mind. Even with the hotel playing host to three separate weddings, they were responsive to the usual requests (e.g. extra towels) as if you were the only one there.
very close to the shop , and very quiet location ,nice and clean and the complimentary breakfast is great , it,s value to stay in this hotel...
Clean and comfortable
Everything was ready for us when we arrived--sign in, room, etc. The surprise was a big shopping mall right behind the hotel, which fit right in with our plans. My wife loved it.
Lovely location, congenial staff, beautiful facility but thermostat was a challenge to set correctly - it was either too hot or too cold during the night. Hallways were being airconditioned with very cool temps and it was quite cool outside. Bathroom was beautiful, clean and efficient but the shower head was so high I needed help setting the spray to normal - only important to short people I guess. All in all a very pleasant experience.
