Rooms were ok- nothing special but not bad. The place was quiet, but I think that was mostly because there weren’t many other travelers. Really appreciated the free airport shuttle.
The service at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The shuttle service is so helpful if needed. I was disappointed that there was no breakfast offered but I hadn't checked the amenities info carefully so that was on me.
The staff was was very helpfull
Staff on morning of departure good. Staff inattentive on arrival. Room smelled very musty, was not very clean, and had considerable deferred maintenance: faucet loose on sink, for example. Red Roof was a good chain at one time. This seems to be no longer the case. I won't be using them again.
Front desk clerk was excellent
If you are looking for a place to just sleep, this place is adequate. They don’t have the coffee bar that shows up in the property photos. If you don’t have a car, dining is very limited. The shuttle was very useful.
The attendant at front desk was very helpful and we had arrived earlier and was very helpful
Could not check in, rooms available were all smoking rooms. The whole place is an ash tray. Even the reception stinks. Please avoid at all costs.

It stated a smoke free room, that reeked of old stale cigarette smoke , people we’re outside our doors in the parking lot smoking, arguing, and just kinda being creepy. Old out dated furniture with only a hair dryer and coffee pot we didn’t bother trying. Not worth the value, spend the extra $20 on something nicer.
