Check in time was quoted as 3:00 pm. We arrived 2:55 -- The young lady who was on the desk was not friendly or helpful. There were 4 or 5 couples waiting for rooms, and we were all told rather brusquely that the rooms were not ready.and we'd have to wait. When it turned 3:00, some rooms became available. I requested a room either on the ground floor or very close to the elevator because my husband has difficulty walking. We got a room on the 2nd floor at the furthest end of the hotel from the front area where the shuttle bus stopped !! Would not go there ever again! V Phillips

Great price, good room and location. Should of booked it sooner and would of gotten a better price.

Room are nice people are on top of things always enjoy staying there never have a problem I need to check out late they don't mind it

Spent one night at this Red Roof Inn +, all went quite well. My flight was missed, so I was frustrated prior to booking online with Orbitz. My stay was relaxing and comfortable, they have a nice staff with a very accommodating courtesy shuttle, which not only dropped me off and picked me up at BWI, but also dropped me off and picked me up from a breakfast restaurant a couple of miles away!

Not a bad little place for $50 to $60 a night. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. They offer airport parking for guests. That is a great feature. So if your flying out of Baltimore, stay the night there and you can park your car for much less than airport long term parking. It's awesome.

The staff were great. Bed was over hard. The walls and ceiling are not adequately soundproofed. The people above us screamed and threw things all night.

We used this hotel for the Women's March in Washington DC. The staff was wonderful and called everyone for a "reception" to welcome us and have guests mingle and meet prior to the march. I was wonderfully surprised!

Perfect location for an early morning flight, nice staff, clean rooms, good shuttle service.

I stayed here for a quick one night after participating in the Women's March on Washington. The staff was VERY friendly even as I arrived to check in with friends in tow who weren't staying (they were just dropping me off and wanted to use the bathroom before they left). They welcomed all of us, gave all of us a bottle of water, asked about the march, and helped me set up a wakeup call, get a spot on the free airport shuttle for the next morning, and directed me to a computer so I could print my boarding pass. The room was *very* basic, but clean, and I found the bed comfortable. Appreciated the free wifi too, it worked well, especially after trying to share cell phone service with 500,000 others all day. Please note: Hotel airport shuttle is NOT 24 HOURS -THIS SITE IS WRONG. It does run only during their scheduled hours. Earliest on Sundays is 5am, which cut it close for me, but the airport was so close by that we got there in 5 minutes or so and I had no trouble making a 6:30am flight. Glad I stayed here.

i had a good time. room is clean and staff are accomidating.

Check-in was easy and the staff were very nice. The room smelled a bit like a cinnamon Axe body spray (not in the best way). The TV was super small and there was water damage in the drawers (I'm guessing because the coffee maker was on the dresser.) Housekeeping came the first two days after 5pm when I was already back and the last day my bed was made and coffee replenished but the brew cup for the coffee machine was missing so not the best impression of the housekeeping. Also half of the room had no carpeting, just scratched up hardwood floors. The location is good, near a lot of other nice hotels so I felt safe. Definitely no frills, but it'll do for the price.

I will be back. It was a pleasure staying at the hotel. Very quiet and convenient to everything.

The staff here was very friendly and welcoming. The room was fantastic. Big and very comfortable. The room smelled wonderful. It was very clean. The bed is big and very very comfortabl.

Furniture was uncomfortable, room was gloomy and dark, staff were not very friendly. The room was clean, however, and the price was lower than other nearby hotels/motels. You get what you pay for.

easy in, easy out ... no problems ... will stay again if the occasion WARRANTS !!

There is no 24/7 shuttle as indicated in hotel description...also daily fee if leaving your vehicle on premises..I would highly recommend LA Quinta who has 24/7 shuttle and no daily fee for leaving vehicle. LA Quinta are wonderful to do business with

The property is well maintained and the rooms are comfortable. The shuttle service is excellent. I was told that they will even transport you to local restaurants if needed. My one concern about the hotel's policy is that even though I paid in cash, they take 5-7 days to remove the reserve on my credit card. I can understand 1 day to verify that there isn't damange or items missing from the room but their policy is excessive. I would reccommend the Inn for travel from BWI but not so much if you are visiting the area for several days. The location is not that convient for the city.

A nice stay...clean, quiet rooms and conveniently located near airport and Arundel Mills Mall with dozens of dining choices.

I liked my stay in this hotel. They don't serve breakfast. There is a restaurant next to the hotel named Italia's Corner that is very good. Ask for "Pollo a la Putanesca" it is so good!!!!!!!!!

It's near by the airport, family restaurants, and the highway
