Bathroom was nice

Customer service was nice, the room clean, the hotel it's self was quiet.

I liked the hotel location right near shopping mall and easy to on 795 and 695.. The breakfast options was ok. It would've been nice to non dairy milk and yogurt and fruit salad. It was a problem with the carpet in the hallway. It smelled like mildew.

The beds were awful, would not come back unless they replaced the beds.

Bed was so comfortable. Loved it

The one and only complaint is the PARKING LOT. It has SOME VERY DARK SPOTS. However the parking is easy. Overall the stay was nice, and quiet, considering all the sports teams that were there. They were only heard when exiting and returning from their events. They were vere peaceful during breakfast. Proud of all those teams.

Breakfast was not good. Same thing for at lease two days. No effort.

The constant smell of marijuana on our floor, in the elevator was disgusting. When we checked in the person that was working said, “ oh it’s way too early there probably isn’t a room”. I had emailed with a Desiree at the property that was quite nice. This older lady was not her. She was more concerned about the orphaned cat that someone was handling in the lobby (unmasked). I informed the front desk later (2 nice younger ladies) that the smell of marijuana from our floor was noticeable through the masks. Someone we knew staying at this hotel commented about the “skunk” smell in their floor (yeah this property was clearly overrun with pot heads.) We called and asked to change rooms at 11 pm the second night because there were about 10 people in the room next door having a children’s bday party at 10:30 pm and screaming. They were Loudly carrying in for hours. Luckily we were given another room on the top floor and were able to get 5 hours of sleep before our long drive. I would never stay at this place again. When I checked out the lady was irritated and on her cell phone talking to someone about decorating. Must be hard to find good help. Honestly this place was gross. Worse than any budget motel I’ve stayed at.

Great location to I 795 for my meetings in Reisterstown

The TV didn't work and they told me to unplug and mess with the cords to get it to work it was as if they could care less. I got sick at night and they had no supplies for me to clean it, i expected house keeping to be gone but to have no cleaning supplies was inconsiderate.

In your survey you mentioned not having non-dairy options and the carpet smelling like mildew. We are deeply sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused you or your family during your stay. Hilton does try the have the best breakfast available to you at the Hamptons, but a non-dairy milk has not been chosen yet. Part of the reason may be due to other allergies. Most dairy alternatives are nut based. As for the carpet, once again, we sincerely apologize and will investigate the issue. We know that having a comfortable mattress is one of the most important things in a stay because you need it to be relaxed and to have a good sleep.
