The room wasn’t clean. Stains on the sheets and blankets. Towels were old and stiff

Horrible service drom the front desk. Lobby smelled loke mildew and elevator was broken. Light fixture was coming out the wall once in the room. I would have ledt but had already paid through the app and couldn't get a refund.

the hotel is in a decent area of town. i always bring my own blankets and water so i was comfortable. there was no loud noise or disturbance which was nice. check in was very easy.

Did not feel safe around property has an odor and the air conditioning did not work

I called to tell you there was blood on the pillow cases and I want my money back. Not including the roaches in the tub!!!!!!!

Not the kind of place I would normally stay just dirty overall. Sheets stained, toliet seat loose , shower dirty, it is definitely a cheap motel. For the $60 bucks per night i probably could have got better accommodations somewhere else. I wasn't looking for a four seasons but I believe if a little more care was taken overall it could be an ok place to stay.

I was surprised that a major chain hotel would have a property that is in such horrible condition. Once you get through the lobby everything is dirty and nasty. The carpets are stained, even the back entrances are filthy with dirt and grime all over the walls. The insides of the rooms had stains on the walls, the furniture was very old and outdated, the refrigarators you can tell had no regular cleaning done on them. I stayed in a smoking room but there was no excuse for them to have me occupy a room that sheets with multiple cigarette burns on them. Worst hotel room that I have ever rented, don't go there. I have paid cheaper prices for better hotel rooms in the same Norcross area before.

I had no problem with my room except for the water situation with hot and cold being the opposite. the stay was quite even though they do allow pets which I have no problem with as long as the pet is quite and friendly and trained to behave around people.

Well, have to say, stayed here for one night because of the price for a two-star hotel. The AC was terribly annoying at night--extremely noisy. I had to set the room tem low in order to low down the noise from the AC. The consequence is COLD!! The bed set was thin cant hold for a cold night in Jan.

Need to have housekeepers wear hair nets and clean shower area better. I noticed the last 3xs visiting here the excessive hair on towels. My little one likes when we stay here. Has become very loud in the hallways and lobby early in the morning with the staff members.

A very disappointing stay!! Hotel staff was very rude and hateful. I had reserved a smoking room and was forced to stay in a non-smoking room when there were smoking rooms available, which meant I had to walk outside late at night anytime I wanted to smoke, and the location isn't the safest place at night. I heard the staff threatening to call the police to a guest just for being outside his room without a shirt, which I thought was ridiculous! Way overpriced for the attitudes of the staff, and poor overall quality of service altogether.

The great staff and associated customer service make this a very good hotel at the lowest cost.

Was a decent motel 6. Had a mini fridge and microwave in room. I liked how it had bathroom sink and mirror across from shower and toilet which you could close the door. From what I saw of hotel it was pretty clean. Only thing I found bad is tv channels weren't clear like I'm use too.

The staff here is always friendly and helpful. I do recommend this hotel.

The outside of the hotel was littered with trash. The lobby was dirty and sparse. We entered our actual room from a side entrance. The glass in the door was cracked. THe hallway smelled of marijuana smoke. Our room smelled damp. HAlf the outlets did not work. The towels and washclothes were covered in long black hairs and stained. When we asked for more the front desk told us they didnt have anymore and refused to give us any. We had 2 towels and 2 washclothes for 2 adults and 3 children. The bathroom walls were stained with a rust colored stain which looked like blood or vomit. The tv had lines across the picture on every channel.
