Great hotel, great staff and would definitely stay again.
This beautiful, huge condo was perfect! When we opened the door, we gasped at both the beauty and size of this beautiful condo. It looked just like the pictures! Our unit had a fireplace which turned on with a flip of the switch. The kitchen looked like ones featured in magazines and the bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. We walked to shops and restaurants within a couple of minutes through the charming Biltmore Village. Biltmore Estates, a MUST SEE, was a short 3 minute drive across the highway. It's also just a 6 minute drive to Asheville. We will definitely come back the next time we are in the area.
It was a great place to stay for a good price! Staff was accommodating.
Service at the buffet on our second morning was horrible . Our waitress never brought us coffee. I had to get up , find her and ask for it. (She never came back to the table after she asked for our drink order. Then after the first time she never came back to refill our coffee. See how the food was or being our bill . I had to find her again to request the check. She was always “hanging “ out in the waiter station .
