It was a great place to stay for a good price! Staff was accommodating.

Very clean hotel. It looked as if they had just remodeled. New paint, new furniture, new mattresses, new bed linens. Very comfortable beds. We slept very well.

Close to Biltmore. Purchased two-day pass at hotel and saved us waiting in line. Nice hotel and staff.

Nice place well priced. Very steep driveway entrance.

Clean and the most comfortable beds! For the price, this was exceptional and so close to the Biltmore! You even have a morning breakfast included. The only drawback is if you are facing the road, the traffic is pretty noisy.

the diningroom breakfast area is WAYYY to small to hold all the people for the amount of rooms very uninviting the rooms have been remodled but entry doors need changed the frmes are bent hard to access -doors stick door sweeps need replaed can see light under the doors out of code parkins lot spaces taken up with matressess lobby area staff are always complaining internet not working and so busy enry access is hard to get out of and into the steep hill does not permit vision from on coming traffic coming out dangerous

Excellent hotel accommodations. The only negative about the hotel's location is one way in and one way out. Traffic is horrible when trying to make a left turn or right onto Hendersonville Rd.

Couldn't ask for more at the rate I paid.

Parking and floor access ridiculous. On side of steep hill and very little margin of error to navigate vehicles in and out of parking area. Major stair access shut down for some type of construction.

Beside Texas Roadhouse so crazy trying to get to and from hotel. Not enough parking for hotel. Toilet issues all 3 days which required me to plunge the toilet daily. Spoke with front desk but nothing done. Requested to speak with manager but still waiting to hear from them. Too costly for these issues. Not a 4 star hotel:(

Very clean room. Helpful staff.overall, great stay. Complimentary breakfast is a nice touch.

Absence of any elevator made carrying suitcases difficult.

Convenient, comfortable, and well maintained hotel with friendly staff and smooth check in/out process. Close to Biltmore and just off I-40, it is just a few minutes drive to downtown shops, restaurants, and bars/pubs. Located in a great spot for easy day trips to area attractions and outdoor adventures such as blue ridge parkway (only 5 minutes away!). Highly recommend.

Room did not smell fresh. It was facing a busy highway. Shower and toilet closet so small you could barely turn around.

Room very nice! good bed, clean pillows, stone counter around sink, tile and grab bar in shower, toilet flushes very well, AC/heat unit works great, fluffy towels. Nice breakfast offering, nicely landscaped, friendly front desk.

We were pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel was! The price was great and the location is excellent. The ONLY downside was the traffic noise, but it was tolerable. Lobby/Breakfast area was very nice and clean. We would definitely stay again and would recommend!

very pleased with our experience. It was an enjoyable visit,

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Location was very close to Biltmore Village and next door to Texas Roadhouse restaurant. Breakfasts were excellent.

Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Easy access to Asheville and surroundings.

Close to Biltmore, friendly staff, great breakfast. Had one problem in room and it was addressed immediately.

Dear guest, I am sorry to read such poor feedback about our newly renovated, wonderfully staffed property. On behalf of our entire staff, I apologize for failing to exceed your expectations. We are blessed to have such great location, which also means we are always busy with lots of guests. Thank you again for your candid feedback!
