Perfect for celebrating our Anniversary

We just celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary in Asheville and the Kimpton went above and beyond to make us feel special. From restaurant recommendations to the friendly service to helping me arrange for flowers in our room. Plus they made sure we had a great view from our room and wrote a wonderful note and gave us a complimentary bottle of bubbly that we saved for our actual anniversary to have a toast. Bravo, Kimpton! Thank you for making us feel special and helping us celebrate.

Great rooms but unhelpful front desk staff.

Room was great, but front desk guy on the morning of September 16, 2025 is a real piece of work and needs to be trained in customer service. Went downstairs to request toilet paper and his rude response was “housekeeping handles this”. Well I don’t know or care who handles it, or how to contact housekeeping, I just need my toilet paper. A better response would have been “No problem, I’ll call housekeeping to get this for you, what’s your room number?” I waited at least 15 minutes and had to make another call to the front desk before toilet paper arrived. Can this hotel keep some TP at the front desk like some other hotels do?

Our 2nd time here. It's right in the heart of everything and you can walk to all the best restaurants. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast is off the charts. Everything is made in house, try the yogurt with agave and fresh fruit if you want to have your mind blown. The rooms themselves are exceptional and last but not least, the gym is equipped with every toy you've ever dreamed of. Definite must stay in Asheville.

No coffee in room! Must for coffee or tea any time after their “morning service” closes downstairs. Not sure what to make of $32 a night for parking, but it is what it is.
