Adventure Launchpad or Cosy Resting Space

Wonderful hillside location with an amazing back yard, just right for a memorable Asheville adventure. Free Frisbee golf course in neighborhood, 1.5 miles to river adventures like tubbing and kayaking. 2 miles to down town, the river arts district or UNCA. 7 miles to the Biltmore Estate and Village, and 9 miles to the entrance of the Blue Ridge Parkway. Or stay in with all of our comfortable amenities! We do have a 3 day minimum stay for reservations that include a Friday or Saturday. Drive way is steep, but will hold 10 off street vehicles.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed. Change of towels is available on request.
