I had a good experience with hotel staff. My flight had gotten in earlier than expected and they were able to accommodate me for an early check in. That was awesome! Overall good stay and don't for get about the 17th floor the views are to die for.

Excellent staff, very friendly. Shuttle service from airport work out fine and easy. Arrived early but hotel provided lockers to store our things. Tram is very close to hotel and provided an easy and cheap way to get to Amsterdam City Center and train station. It was a 12-15 minute ride. Room was excellent. Clean and fresh with good internet service. Sky lounge had great view of the City. We really enjoyed our stay and will return next year.

The hotel is overall very good. The staff is nice and it is located near the trollys. I will visit this hotel in the near future.

A/C was weak. Technician said is was working well, but didn't cool the room very well. Room was not serviced on our second day. Shower design is weird, half door, the floor gets wet. They have a shuttle service to the airport, which costs less than a taxi. Nice.

Great location, kind of out of the way but quiet and easily accessible by tram station, which was a very short walk north of the hotel. Rooms a bit cramped but overall we were very pleased.

All bells and whistles. The rooms were freezing cold. I watched rooms smdh none of the heaters worked! Nov has 40 degree weather and the heatingredients system was horrible. We had to sleep in sweater and layered pants. Since the room atmosphere was extremely cold and our body heat under the covers didn't adjust. We would wake up with our clothes damp and wet from steam and sweat. It was ridiculous. They finally brought us a portable heater. Upon checkout, I was told out if nowhere that I owe them €20 for some tourist tax, which was no where on anything I signed. I disputed charged of course. The hotel advertises a fitness room and sauna.. what a joke. It's a dungeon in the basement with one room that has weights, and another room with a dry sauna that wasn't even hot. No jacuzzi or real sauna. I'll never stay here again.

This was my first time in Amsterdam and I'm incredibly glad I chose this hotel. Right off the bat the staff was so friendly and welcoming. I was a bit shy at first not knowing how well English would be accepted but the entire staff were so helpful. The room is fresh and new, incredibly comfortable and, importantly, quiet. Location wise the tram is right across the street and it's a mere 10 minute ride into the City centre where you can find plenty of museums, shops and access to other trams to take you to lots more places. I plan on coming back to Amsterdam and I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for a great experience.

The hotel is very clean and has a great dinning room on the top floor with a view of the city from all sides. The staff is very efficient and friendly. The room was very clean

all goodgood family trip for us i can't think of anything else

For better or for worse this is not in the middle of everything, but access by tram is very convenient. Recently renovated rooms, should be good for two, was a little too tight for three. Always long lines in Reception - Staff was meh, too absorbed in own work to pay attention to customer (do not make eye contact, walk away or pick up phone when it's your turn in line without acknowledging, etc). Don't know if overworked, undertrained, or just Dutch. Overall not a bad experience though.

The hotel itself is very comfortable and it offers a 5 euro shuttle to the airport which is great. However, the location is a good ways out of the city center, and though our room was guaranteed to be ready at 3, we waited until 4:30, and then only one of two rooms was available. This was less than ideal.
