Property was very clean and room was comfortable. The tram was close so east to get downtown.
The Hotel was great. Located by the Park, the rooms were quiet. Attentive staff. Friendly. Good food.
Waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for the shuttle that says runs "every 40 minutes" . We got the room upgrade and they forgot the note and the room did not look like the one the post on their social media. Also, staff was not very friendly. Except one woman who was helpful. Everyone else looks at you and walks to the back. The main reason we booked this hotel was for the rooftop, which was not open due to weather except one day.
The front desk staff were excellent. Prompt, efficient check-in and later, prompt minor issue resolution.
Very convenient location close to city center, but away from all the noise. The best part about this hotel is that the #13 tram runs close by to take you to city center within 15 minutes. Station is Adm. Helfrichstratt. They do have a shuttle to the airport too. Rooms are clean and nice, small and a little cramped. Hotel does provide breakfast buffet for about $20, nothing to write about, typically overpriced for what you get. But you can get down to city central within 15-20 minutes for wonderful little neighborhood restaurants. Staff was polite and tried hard, but seemed to need more training, I wonder how much was our language barrier.
