Lovely hotel in an excellent location which is situated right on Dam Square. Staff were so friendly and very helpful. The bar in the hotel is wonderful with so much history. We would definitely stay here again when we next visit Amsterdam.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Really good central location to explore what Amsterdam has to offer. Room was clean and warm and perfect for us. Tram stop just outside the hotel that you can use to get all around Amsterdam. If we return to Amsterdam we would definitely book here again. Thank you for a lovely stay

On arrival at the hotel, we were given a room with no shelves or cupboards to store things We were finally given a room that had storage space. It is worth noting that the safe is only 1 foot off the floor so anyone who finds it difficult to bend or kneel would find it a challenge
