The Hotel was in an area which was accessible to shops and restaurants. It was in walking distance to the main station 5-10 mins and to the canal attractions. The staff were helpful, there was a lift and the room was very comfortable. Would recommend.

Beautiful hotel with tons of history, the room was spacious, clean with great layout (Superior room), & ideal bathroom. Hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. The location was perfect for us, very easy to get to the main train station. Lots of shopping near by as well as key attractions.

The staff was helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean. The bed was a bit big for the size of the room. Limited breakfast and lunch menu from what we are used to. We did not have the buffet. Great location close to the canal areas and 9 lanes for shopping.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Die Port Van Cleve in Amsterdam September 2025. Overall it was a nice experienced. The hotel had a quaint charm, and the staff were welcoming and kind, which made us feel comfortable right away. The only issue we encountered was with the bed. The mattress did not sit securely on the base, and it keeps sliding off the base. Each time we got up, we had to adjust it, and at times it felt unstable-I honestly thought my girlfriend might fall out of bed. Aside from that, the hotel itself was lovely and well located, but I do hope they address this issue with the beds for future guest. We were in room 507.

The staff were very helpful, and the property was in a superb location. Transit and walking was great from here. Room was small but cozy, I liked it. They held our luggage while we waited for our room to be ready, which was awesome.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and always wanted to help. Great service! The hotel is in a perfect location, very easy to get to. In the center of it all. The hotel had style. I fully recommend the Die Port Van Cleeve! We had a wonderful stay.
