I had doubts pulling in. There's no lobby, just an office. The gentleman was friendly and helpful. The room was a nice surprise. A sofa and a really comfy bed, minifridge and coffee, lovely big screen TV. Sparse, but very clean. Very Clean, for emphasis. Perfect for the budget traveler. I just needed ...
A girlfriend gave me a ticket to the Miranda Lambert concert for Christmas. So in return I got us a room to stay downtown. We are both local. Decided to make it a girls night out. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, shower had decent water pressure... But the beds are amazing! Along with the ...
Staff is friendly, there's a nice lounge/restaurant and free breakfast (pretty darn good). Plus... it's literally right across the street from the airport, and they have a shuttle in case you didn't want to walk 100 yards.
My room at the Davenport was decorated as if I was in a earlier era but the comforts are up to date. The beds are probably the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The lobby and ballrooms are free to walk through, an added attraction that can easily take up to an hour of your time. We walked through ...
The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, very close to the Greyhound bus and Amtrak train stations but I would not suggest walking after dark, the area did feel real safe, lots of odd characters lingering about. The room was okay but needed ...

My room at the Davenport was decorated as if I was in a earlier era but the comforts are up to date. The beds are probably the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The lobby and ballrooms are free to walk through, an added attraction that can easily take up to an hour of your time. We walked through after our room service meal and it was the perfect way to end a very busy day. As for our room service meal, the crab Louis was perfect, crisp butter lettuce with this fabulous dressing. I would come back just for this! I recommend everyone should stay here at least once in your life. It is like no other hotel I have ever stayed in. Downside was the street noise but this small inconvenience far outweighed all the positives.
We stayed for two nights while visiting Spokane in late November. Our room was well-appointed and had everything we needed - fridge, microwave and and coffee maker. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed swimming in the clean pool and worked out in the exercise room next door. We had breakfast at Frank's Diner which was delicious but didn't have time to eat at the hotel restaurant. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.
The staff here are very friendly and accomondating. They try very hard to help during your stay. While there is no breakfast and a train runs nearby, the price point is low and good value!
Overall great place for the price; I was there for work and unfortunately I was working nights and sleeping during the day; the noise from the train can be annoying; i had to wear earplugs; also my toilet was not flushing well; it's right in downtown, can walk to all the nice restaurants/bar;
